Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. It offers plenty of space for warmth. Enjoyment with friends. Family. Pure nature. Mountain worlds. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel.

Quiet location, about one kilometer from the center of Mittersill, we are a good starting point for hikes and walks, hours together with the family or active help in the barn.
