What a fantastic stay we had at Kate’s place. She was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble for her. The pictures really don’t show how gorgeous it truly is & it’s so much larger than the pictures show. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future xx

Would definitely recommend a stay here. Rosalind was the perfect host. She greeted us and was just lovely. She gave us maps and information for surrounding area and walking paths. . We were welcomed with freshly baked Bread and condiments, fresh orange juice and homemade pancake mixture, maple syrup, lemon and sugar for Breakfast. The cottage is so quaint and cute. There are stairs up to loft, and has parking on property. It is in perfect condition and extremely clean. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The hot tub is heated all year and the pool is available all year and heated 28 March - 2 November. Please bring your own pool towels. Kate was a fantastic host, communication was excellent, she responded to any queries very quickly and provided detailed information about the house and the area including recommendations for local restaurants. The house was also perfect, we had a lovely time celebrating my 30th birthday and enjoyed watching the sunset in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly! The house has everything you need and is suitable for all ages, would highly recommend staying here, the views of the lake are stunning! Thank you Kate for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

This place was spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped for 5 adults and several babies requiring high chairs and plastic spoons and beakers. Lots of cutlery and crockery too - no washing up before you could sit down to thd next meal, which I've known in other place. There was a huge fridge and a big freezer; the appliances were clean, new and easy to use. Lovely linen and comfy beds. Nicola was speedy in her responses and allowed us an earlier check-in and later check out which was massively helpful we had a lovely stay and would certainly consider returning. Thank you Nicola

Eider Cottage: Lake Access, View & Spa

We loved staying at this location, it was beautiful with lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable, showers worked great, the kitchen is very well stocked. Everything you would need, except maybe a few more floor fans in the main living space. We happened to stay during a heat wave and while there is an ac unit, it's only in the upstairs bedroom. All bedrooms came with floor fans and that was great! My only other suggestion would be to clear some of the 'things'. Dressers and nightstands were beautifully decorated but left little room for our own items without completing clearing all of the decor. The location is perfect and peaceful. Would stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful with stunning views across the lake. The site had lots to do but is also located perfectly amongst the costwalds towns. We will definitely return!

Lovely stay in the Cotswolds at this cool house by a lake. Fun stuff to do locally even in a rainy Feb half term. Kids felt safe and really enjoyed it. Special mention to Suus our host who was so helpful and super responsive. Recommended!

A fantastic house in a fantastic location which was perfect for the extended family. The house itself was ideal with great amenities to keep kids and teens of multiple age groups entertained while still having space and options for adults to relax too. Lower Mill Estates is a great facility and the house is ideally located to take advantage of all the on site activities but still be peaceful. Will definitely be back.
