The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Welcome to our slice of magic, the CoachHouse on our family home just outside Stroud in Gloucestershire. Whether it’s the award winning market that you’ve come to experience, the culture or events of Cheltenham, Bath, Gloucester or Bristol, or the beautiful countryside, Stroud (recently voted best place to live in the UK by The Times) has something for everyone. Set in a south facing bowl, surrounded by a magical garden, Mini MackHouse is incredibly well equipped and beautifully appointed.

Cotswold Summerhouse

The Summerhouse is a detached stone cottage, situated in a stunning hillside location, set within it's own large private garden. It has a log burner , with logs supplied, for cosy nights by the fire , Netflix on a smart tv , and everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a small country pub The Kings Head within a 5 minute walk. The cottage has the benefit of off road parking on a shared drive. A great base to explore Cirencester , Stroud and many lovely surrounding villages.

An traditional Cotswold house on the edge of ancient woodland, with views across the stunning Owlpen valley. Newly refurbished in January 2017, this home offers a chance to escape from the busy pace of life in the middle of nowhere. Farmhouse kitchen with dining table on the ground floor, along with a dining room with open fire & living room with country views. One twin room with adjoining bathroom on the ground floor and two further double bedrooms, plus family bathroom upstairs.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Bright, airy Annex in village with stunning views

The Annex is a light and spacious self-contained studio above a garage with wonderful views across the valley. It has its own entrance, parking, and a private wooden deck with seating. There are plenty of wonderful walks you can do from our doorstep including the Cotswold Way, and a fantastic pub in the village which serves delicious food. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife, but Stroud is only an eight minute drive (or a 40 minute walk!) away.

Stunning Cotswold Converted Barn + Views & Garden

Characterful barn conversion set on our family run farm. Fantastic views, ample sized garden and living space for a perfect rural retreat whatever the weather. Close links to the Cotswold way, pubs and shops within walking distance. Parking for several cars. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
