What a fantastic stay we had at Kate’s place. She was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble for her. The pictures really don’t show how gorgeous it truly is & it’s so much larger than the pictures show. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future xx

Would definitely recommend a stay here. Rosalind was the perfect host. She greeted us and was just lovely. She gave us maps and information for surrounding area and walking paths. . We were welcomed with freshly baked Bread and condiments, fresh orange juice and homemade pancake mixture, maple syrup, lemon and sugar for Breakfast. The cottage is so quaint and cute. There are stairs up to loft, and has parking on property. It is in perfect condition and extremely clean. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Honeysuckle cottage is on a quiet no-through lane in Fyfield, just outside Southrop, leading down to the River Leach from where there are numerous lovely walks, along the river, across farmland or through woodland from the doorstep. All walks can take in one of our lovely local pubs, which have roaring log fires and excellent food. Our local pub in Southrop is the The Swan, has a fantastic restaurant, lovely bar and is just a stagger away! In the Summer months, guests can also enjoy our pool

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The garden and pool was the perfect place to spend a sunny weekend. The house is beautiful and the facilities are amazing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough and the kitchen has everything needed. Having a gym on the property is a fantastic bonus as well! Louise was an exceptional host. She responded to questions so quickly and was always friendly as well as helpful! The instructions provided made checking in super easy as well which is really appreciated.

A spacious outdoor deck features a hot tub next to an open summerhouse, with sliding glass doors revealing a games area that includes a pool table and comfortable seating. The scene is complemented by greenery and a clear blue sky.

A fantastic house in a fantastic location which was perfect for the extended family. The house itself was ideal with great amenities to keep kids and teens of multiple age groups entertained while still having space and options for adults to relax too. Lower Mill Estates is a great facility and the house is ideally located to take advantage of all the on site activities but still be peaceful. Will definitely be back.

The cottage complex features modern architecture with multiple roof levels and balconies, nestled within lush greenery. Surrounding gardens and clear pathways enhance the natural setting, while the proximity to water is suggested by the visible lake in the background.

Such a lovely place to stay with the family. There was plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained and the house was great to unwind in the evening. Our host was really helpful and responsive to any of our queries.

We had a fantastic stay! The property had everything we needed for relaxing weekend. The house itself was spacious and well equipped. BBQ and hot tub on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake was an added bonus. There are lots of activities to do on site including paddle boarding, tennis, walks etc. We were also able to use the spa facilities. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

A beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the lake! This is a great place for families with lots to do and it feels very safe for children. Brilliant cycling tracks and water based activities. We had never stayed in Lower Mill Estate before so didn't know what to expect. A few things I didn't realise beforehand - the swimming pool slot booking process is a bit onerous (having to queue up the day before at 10.30). Note that you are in and amongst other properties even though it is in the countryside, more like being in a village than somewhere completely rural. And lastly the blinds at the property are quite lightweight so bear in mind if you're sensitive to the light! None of this changes the fact that this was a really brilliant stay for grandparents & kids, having a comfortable and large shared space made a huge difference and the house was well equipped.
