Grist Mill - listed Cotswold mill at Owlpen (1728)

The Grist Mill is an early 18th-century watermill which sleeps up to 8 in four double bedrooms. This listed Grade 2 landmark building has been restored as a gem of a holiday home, with contemporary comfort and style, surmounted by lantern and cupola. Our simply styled and cosy cottage sits some distance from our house, is fully self contained with a kitchen, own front door, self check in and a private pretty courtyard garden which backs onto our adjacent field. Ideal for dogs to exercise. It is close to stunning Cotswold way walks and great pubs and is well located for visits to many cotswold attractions. It has strong wifi also making it a tranquil place to work from home.

Elmside is a country cottage with Hot Tub

This property offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. we have a local shop in the village run by local volunteers offering a good friendly service with an array of local produce. Next to the shop is the village recreation ground with a designated play area suitable for a game of football or even a picnic. The local Old Fox pub and restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the cottage , a very popular place to eat and it would be advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Pig is a lovely, one bedroom cotswold holiday home, with wood burning stove and stylish furnishings set in the lovely village of Uley. The beautifully restored barn, sleeps 2 guests in a comfortable double bed on a mezzanine floor, with shower room and open plan living-dining- kitchen area. A small outside patio, with ample parking for vehicles. Perfectly situated to explore the cotswold way, with a cafe, pub and post office shop all within 5 minutes walk.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
