In the garden there are play towers, swings, shelter, campfire and football field. The houses are 400 meters from the fjord, where the shipping to Aalborg passes close by. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
