The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

Welcome to our summer house, where you can enjoy the spa or the wilderness bath in beautiful surroundings with peace and quiet. In the garden, there are play towers, swings, a shelter, a fire pit, and a ball court. Houses are 400 meters from the fjord, where the shipping to Aalborg passes close by. Note: You must bring your own bed linen and sheets. (can be rented) You have to clean up after the stay yourself, otherwise you can buy cleaning. Electricity costs 3 DKK per kWh, settled after the end of the stay.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.

In the large living room you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65 "SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.

Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.
