The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The caravan was converted in 2017, accommodates two people, has a small kitchenette with two burners and a shower room. The attic, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen/living room with balcony (southwest-facing), 1 bathroom and 1 small laundry room. A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony.
