Du findest im OG eines Einfamilienhauses 1 Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch (2 Pers), Küchenzeile umd Esstisch sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen, gibt es hier leider nicht. Reist du mit Kindern an? Kein Problem: ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl kann gestellt werden.

Maximal ein Kind kann unten im Wohn- Essbereich auf der Schlafcouch übernachten. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Duschbad sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Ladestation für Ihr Elektroauto.

Auf 120qm musst du aber nicht auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten verzichten. Aus dem Herzen Holsteins mit sanften Hügeln, Wäldern und Wiesen bist du in 15-20 Minuten an der Ostsee/Scharbeutz oder an einem der zahlreichen Badeseen. Nach Eutin oder Bad Segeberg mit den Karl-May-Festspielen ist es nicht weiter. Lübecks phantastische Altstadt ist in 25 Minuten erreichbar.

Dort befinden sich das Fledermauszentrum Noctalis und die Kalkberghöhlen, die bekannt für ihre wohltuende Wirkung bei Atemwegserkrankungen sind. Der Große Segeberger See ist in 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist circa 100 m² groß, hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Sie ist zu ebener Erde und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse und liegt zur Südseite des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flachbildschirm. Und viele Regale mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack.
