Vacation rentals with a patio in Stinica

Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Sehr modern eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde super schnell reagiert. Zu Fuß hat man zu den Restaurants etwas mehr als 10 Minuten gebraucht, was aber vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man kann von dort aus viele Strände innerhalb kürzester Zeit besuchen.

Very nice and clean modern apartment with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful terrace. If it’s windy you hear the wind a bit howling.. Julija and Vedran have been very helpful.

We were greeted by the hosts representative who guided us in and up to our suite. Lovely suite was perfect for the 6 of us. Would highly recommend!!! Matea was always immediately responsive.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sještaj je još ljepši nego na slikama. Apartman je opremljem sa svime što je obitelji potrebno za odmor i više od toga. Sve je prostarno, jako čisto i ugodno. Ružica nam je čak rezervirala mjesto u obižnjemu restoranu koji je stavrno izvrtsan. Sve preporuke za smještaj i domačina. Nama je bilo izvrsno i sigurno ćemo se vratiti.

Lieber Vlado! Wir haben uns in deinem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, sehr sauber und der Ausblick hat uns fasziniert! Die Nähe zum Ort ist perfekt! Man kann zu Fuß zum Baden gehen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants und zwei Bäckereien sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Selce ist ein toller, belebter Ort, wo am Abend sicher keine Langeweile aufkommt. Auch die Strandpromenade zum nächst größeren Ort kann man gut zu Fuß entlang schlendern. Auch hier gibt es unzählige Bademöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche mit unseren Kindern und kommen sicherlich wieder! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed i due bagni sono muovi. La cucina è fornita di tutto quanto è necessario. L'appartamento ha un accesso privato al mare e vengono forniti anche i lettini per il mare. C'è un bel terrazzo con un tavolo e le sedie per mangiare fuori. Il mare è bellissimo. La posizione è molto tranquilla, forse l'unico problema è la distanza dai paesi, i supermercati più vicini sono a più di 20 minuti di automobile. Il papà di Anna è stato sempre gentilissimo con noi e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Esperienza molto bella.

The accommodation is clean, tidy, the equipment is new. Beautiful view. Mario is very nice, he was waiting for me in the parking lot. He responds quickly.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt aber definitiv ein Auto. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet. Das Bett super bequem und hat toll geduftet. Der Pool hat eine entspannte Größe und war auch top sauber. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder 🥰

An incredibly peaceful home with a beautiful view. The host was very accommodating and the park entrance (2) was 10 minutes away as described. A dream!

Het contact met Ivan was perfect. Het is een super mooi appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Alles was mooi schoon en fris. Het is echt een aanrader ik zou er zo weer verblijven. Het bed is beter dan wat ik thuis heb. 10 minuten van de Plitvice meren dus perfect als je daar heen wilt gaan.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und für uns zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Schränke für die Kleidung waren ausreichend und das Bett bequem. Vom kleinen Balkon konnte man auf das Meer, die Berge und die Nachbarinseln schauen. Wir haben dort täglich gefrühstückt, bei herrlicher Aussicht. Die 200 Stufen runter zum Strand sind ein Kinderspiel, aber wieder hoch schon anstrengend, aber machbar. Vom Strand aus kann wunderbar in das Städtchen schlendern. Abends ist es herrlich die Sonne im Meer versinken zu sehen. Wir waren auch total begeistert vom wandern im Velebit Gebirge. Die Gastgeber waren immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Auto, der Vermieter ist mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und hatte alles geregelt.

A great spot to crash before heading to Plitvice National Park. Aleksandra and her daughter were very sweet welcoming us upon arrival. The place was clean and had a good layout. Shower was hot and good water flow. There was a nice outdoor seating area too. Overall I’d recommend it and would stay again.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mariana’s place was perfect for our trip to Plitvice National Park. She greeted us warmly upon arrival with her lovely hospitality. Their property is fresh, up to date, clean and beautifully decorated with interesting touches. Their pride for their town, their home and their guests was evident. We loved the views, the large yard and enjoyed eating outdoors in the patio. She recommended a wonderful restaurant in town. An absolutely wonderful experience, everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Thank you!! I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place and our hostess.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Se ami stare circondato dalla natura e nel silenzio, questa è la casa giusta per te! Lo spazio all'esterno è semplicemente stupendo: abbiamo adorato trascorrere le serate all'aria aperta in compagnia delle cicale. La cucina è essenziale ma molto organizzata e pulita così come il resto dell'abitazione. Marta è adorabile, gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Daniel ed io abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore.
