Our Sunset Oasis apartment is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

The property is located in a quiet part of the tourist resort. The location offers a selection of sandy and concrete beaches 100 meters from the property, restaurants and shops within 300 meters with a beautiful view of the nearby Kvarner islands. In addition to the facility, we offer a yard with a parking space for your vehicle and an additional covered area with a garden set and a barbecue for enjoying food.
