Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Steyning

This was perfect for us and our dog. A cosy little home with everything we needed including private parking which is precious. Near to all amenities in Hove. The hosts were very tentative, responding to everything quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

We stayed here while visiting Brighton which is walking distance and also West Sussex. We really loved watching the sunrise at the beach which is very close by at the end of the street. The place has a calming restorative effect with the colour scheme of the interior, artwork, lovely big indoor plants, the sound of birds and sea breeze coming from garden doors Dudley was very good at communicating and helping us to have a smooth check in.

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

This was the perfect location for experiencing all the best parts of Brighton. Very walkable from the station, close to the beach and the Pier and with tons of restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

A beautifully presented apartment, spotlessly clean. As a family we enjoyed the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Very comfortable and totally enjoyable.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

Richard est un hôte exceptionnel. Il nous a accueillis de manière très chaleureuse dans sa magnifique ferme. La pièce principale est absolument superbe et la maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a de nombreuses balades à faire dans l’environnement proche au milieu de la campagne anglaise, tout en ayant la possibilité d’accéder assez rapidement à des restaurants. C’est un endroit magique que je recommande à toute personne qui viendrait séjourner à Dorking. Par ailleurs, il est facile d’accéder à Londres par le train tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement de rêve. Un grand merci à Richard ainsi qu’à sa famille.

We stayed there after a 36 hour flight from New Zealand and it was a nice quiet place to get over jetlag as it was close to the airport. Horsham is a lovely little town.

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Loved where Tom-pass The key's home is. Very peaceful. Lovely out look from the conservatory. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Chichester 10 minutes by car. Really lovely place.

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

Lovely place to stay

Great place near everything. Close to bus and train. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Would gladly come back again.

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could want. Sandwiched by two pubs and within easy walking distance from all the amenities and attractions, highly recommend this place.

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

I had a really great stay! The apartment is small but cozy and has everything that you'll need for your stay. The presence of a TV and alexa was very welcome, the kitchen and bathroom are all nicely laid out, and the bed is a good size! The steps up to the apartment are a little steep (though this is obviously beyond the hosts control) so keep that in mind before booking if you struggle with stairs - but otherwise this is a very good little place that I'll certain consider returning to when I next visit Brighton!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

Perfect location for both the beach and shopping/visiting/eating out in Worthing (all walkable). We arrived by car and Triin took care of our parking needs, which was much appreciated. The flat also has everything you need for a relaxing night in, if that’s what you need after a long day of tourism or spending time with your family.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.
