My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the south downs . The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

The location is south facing and you have access to the public footpath for outstanding walks, bike rides and views. The cabin is close to Steyning and Bramber historic market towns that offers a range of restaurants, pubs and local shops. Shoreham by sea train station is only 4.5 miles and Brighton is only a half hours drive. Nearest pub and local shop is only a short walk away.

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).

Quaint, rustic self-contained studio in Amberley

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv.
