Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Mein Partner und ich hatten ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und genau so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, zudem war alles nötige vorhanden um auch mal selber zu kochen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung fanden wir wunderschön und perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Irina ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir haben uns in ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Klare Empfehlung!

Juste PARFAIT ! Le logement est très sympa et proche du centre. Tout est très bien aménagé et la literie est très confortable ! Annegret et Robert sont très accueillants et à l’écoute. Si vous devez venir à Deggendorf c’est ici qu’il faut séjourner. Je recommande vivement !

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Having access to a washer and dryer was really a bonus too. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and exactly as described. We found the owners to be extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions about the area. The location is on a very quiet and safe street in Deggendorf, which provides free on street parking as well. The unit has a nice fully equipped kitchen and an outside sitting area. All our communication with the hosts was great as well. We experienced a wonderful stay here ! David & Diana Ontario Canada

Patrick war ein guter Gastgeber, der sich lieb gekümmert hat. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und proaktiv. Grosses Lob, weiter so. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Die Couch hat eine ausziehbare 90x200 Matratze, die ausreichend ist. :) Das Bad ist das Highlight des Appartments. Aber auch der Rest ist mit liebe zum Detail und praktisch geplant worden. Super, für einen Kurztrip. :) Ich wurde herzlich über eine Kreidetafel und mit einem Snackkorb begrüßt. Top. Alles in allem, schöne Unterkunft. :)

Wir hatten eine super nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Als wir auch noch früher als geplant ankamen durften wir sogar früher mit den Kindern in die Wohnung. Vielen Dank nochmal 😀 Die Terrasse ist unglaublich schön und die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
