Welcome to our brand new built little house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large deck with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and the marina. Close to the sea, individually but still in the community, at the top of a dead end street you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with jetties, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Seaside cottage with beautiful garden

We who rent out the cottage are mother and daughter and live in villa on the same plot. Here you find a functional and nice cabin with about 200 meters to the sea and Norums Holme. Here you come for peace and quiet and saltwater. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden offering berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Fridge, freezer and basic equipment for 2 adults and 1 child. Bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed 140 cm. Welcome!

Nice nature plot with private parking . 1 bedroom with family bed, In the living room there is a day bed (double) with comfortable mattresses. Stove, equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower. Friggebod with sofa bed for 2. Wi-Fi via fiber, TV and air heat pump. Ideal for families with children or if you want to enjoy the tranquility and proximity to salty baths!
