The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.
