The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.

Theresia and Rudolf are super friendly and loving hosts! Always helpful and accessible. There were many tips on the area, sights, gastronomy and cultural events. Simply magnificent! In addition, the Saalachtal Card, which we used extensively. Bus (stop right next to the vacation complex), mountain railway, natural attractions, or an adventure Almbus and much more are just part of the Saalachtal Card. The apartment is great! Everything you need and even more is included. Indoor pool and gym included. Great! Used it every day. The area is fantastic. Even the park with the castle makes you look forward to the vacation days. Thanks Theresia and Rudolf for 7 wonderful vacation days. Always happy to come back. Can recommend to anyone.

The house and also the apartment are so beautifully and lovingly furnished. Everything is just there, it is tip-top clean and furnished with love for detail. Our family was there for four days and we felt very comfortable and can 100% recommend the place! Otto der Hausherr is a very great person and just takes care of everything!

A very nice short stay for one night. Immediately after arrival, Anna greeted us and showed us the apartment. The small apartment has everything you want, even a baby chair was provided. The location is also great, as the Wendelsteinbahn can be reached in just 10 minutes.

We (2 adults and 1 dog) felt very comfortable. The hostess was always available and extremely friendly. The room was clean and exactly as described. The surroundings offer various hiking trails and a lake to relax. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, but you could also stock up on the property's own groceries. The fellow human beings were extremely friendly, but it was also possible to hike for hours without meeting a person. For another vacation in the region, I would always choose this accommodation. 5 stars!
