The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

Great place for families! We spent wonderful days in Birgit and Kalle's apartment. We were greeted on a warm summer day with cool drinks - perfect. We especially liked the tranquility, the large terrace overlooking the countryside and the beautiful garden, which invited us to relax and play. As a child, you experience paradise on earth. Lots of toys, books, games, balls, vehicles, etc. are available, plus vehicles for outside, trampoline, table tennis, sandbox, etc. Otherwise, the apartment is superbly equipped - we lacked nothing. The insect screens on the windows are also great. Having arrived by electric car, we were pleased to be able to charge it via a socket directly at the carport. Bitgit and Kalle met us in a friendly and helpful manner. As a starting point for activities in the area and the region, the location is ideal - you can walk directly from the house or reach various excursion destinations after a few minutes by car.

We had a short but very nice stay in the apartment, nothing was missing! A very nice hostess in a pretty, quiet little place. The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is above average, and for our little daughter there were many toys to discover. Thanks!!

super apartment with garden! plenty of space, everything you need for a successful vacation! various local beers and wines (optional) to drink, already cooled on arrival! for young and old, there are numerous possibilities for activities in the surrounding area. We enjoyed that we could also start our hikes directly from the apartment! We highly recommend the apartment and would love to come again!

Marc's apartment is a nice size and was very clean. We were greeted nicely, check-in is straightforward. We lacked nothing, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. We had quite high outside temperatures, yet the rooms remained pleasantly cool. A parking space is available a few steps from the house, as well as the forest, in which wonderful walks are possible, so our dogs were also happy. Bamberg and many attractions can be reached quickly by car. We enjoyed it very much, we will be happy to come back. :-)

Bastian and his beautiful Mother were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this place! It's a three minute walk to the train which takes you anywhere.

The apartment is very large and tastefully furnished. We felt comfortable immediately and will recommend it. For cyclists, the area is a dream. You can also easily take the train to Würzburg and Nuremberg.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Communication with Hanna was always straightforward and very friendly. There are many hiking trails in the area and Bayreuth is also very close and worth a trip. We can definitely recommend the apartment!

Lovely view from the balcony, enormous bathroom, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen (consider bringing a good cooking knife though if you plan on doing anything ambitious). Communication seemed mostly automated, but was very efficient and did not leave any questions open. The master bedroom does not get fully dark, if you're sensitive to light in the morning, bring a sleeping mask!

I booked this Airbnb for my friends while they stayed in Germany for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful area. Very walkable especially to the train station. Host met us there and gave a tour. Very friendly and gave us lots of good tips

Staying at Julia and Oliver's was very relaxing. We have proactively received all the information. Communication was very quick and friendly. Julia personally welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us great restaurant tips. The accommodation was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could ever need. In addition, a pretty terrace invited you to relax. I can only recommend the place.

Leona and Wolfgang were very welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was fast and friendly and I am honored to have spent a few nights here at their “Exklusive flat in Buckenhof.” It was fully stocked with ones provisions and Leona’s extra special touch made it more inviting. Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds, parking right outside the door. Well located, but right next to the church. The church bells were already disturbing in the morning. What is absolutely missing is a coffee table. Overall, we enjoyed it. We have already stayed in the apartment for the second time and would come back.

An absolute dream! The apartment was not only immaculately clean, but also furnished with so much love for detail – full of character and charm. We booked the apartment for an overnight stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. The apartment is really big, which we didn't expect. The amenities left nothing to be desired, everything was well thought out and high quality. Communication with Alfred was also smooth, friendly and warm. On our arrival, a personal message awaited us at the door. In the kitchen, we found two super delicious muffins that were just waiting for us. All in all, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality! On the next trip to the south, we will be happy to spend another night at Alfred & Birgit's!
