Excellent stay, impeccably clean and fragrant accommodation. Host always available. The property has a very attentive and helpful caretaker. Both the house and the city are beautiful. The property has excellent infrastructure for beautiful family moments, for example, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. We are very grateful and if we have the opportunity we will return.

The stay was wonderful, corresponded with what we expected, the extremely organized house with all the items needed for a great stay. We were surprised by everything in the house, from hygiene items and first aid to the extremely equipped kitchen. This all with an exquisite organization. Not to mention the lush countryside of Babitonga Bay, a sensational spot very close to the Ferry boat for San Francisco.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.

Although our stay at the house was short, everything was perfect, very clean, it had everything as advertised, the hosts were always helpful! We will definitely return!

Great contact with nature and friendly host

The house is excellent, very spacious and very tasteful, has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, perfect location with a wonderful view of the beach. The only thing that was really missing was the fans in the rooms because we had very hot days.

House was spacious and close to beach and bars and restaurants. Great neighborhood and private pool with fenced yard.

The house is quite cozy, has a pool, barbecue area, very airy rooms… it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to enjoy Floripa comfortably and safely.

The stay at Ana's place was great and met our expectations. She was flexible with our needs and the house had all the utensils and spaces we needed. Without a doubt, it is an excellent option in Jurerê.

The house is very good, super spacious, there were 10 of us and we were very well accommodated. The place is very quiet, good for hiking. Ana is very attentive, always available to answer questions. I recommend the stay! The nearby beaches are beautiful!

The experience was very enjoyable! The house is spacious, cozy and perfect for family moments. The gourmet area and the pool are great differentials, and everyone felt very welcome. The host was always thoughtful and helpful I leave only as a suggestion some small adjustments in details of the house to make it even more incredible. The stay exceeded expectations! The house, the grounds, the lawn are beautiful and better than in the photos! Simon was very friendly and responds promptly. The housekeeper Sonia welcomed us and gave us all the instructions and details of the place. All rooms were clean, organized and organized with impeccable bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and is a 5-minute walk to the beach (the beach is also very good with adequate structure with bar, restaurants and bathroom). The only detail to note is that the listing says there are surveillance cameras only outside, but inside the house there are at least 4 between the TV room, living room, kitchen and common area of the upper floor. This made us initially uncomfortable and when we asked Simon he assured us that they were all turned off. I think if they don't work they could remove them for greater comfort. Anyway, we loved it and it is certainly in my plans to return to Antigo Moinho!

Genteeeeee, I've never been in such a crowded place. Outside that I love Campeche, Armação, matadeiro among others and was aliiii, close to all and everything.. Lovely placeooooo all very solicitous Kaue who is a sensational Manager / Partner, along with his wife who was a super Mara DJ.... then I would live in this hostel, I'm almost asking for a fixed little place kkkkkk Ahhhh was the best caipirinha of all made with a lot of love for Alisson. I ameiiii tudoooooo..
