The accommodation was very quiet. The apartment is well-equipped and safe. Very comfortable. The area is quiet but has easy access to the main tourist spots. I highly recommend it.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is friendly and Silvana too! You can book without fear and in addition to being beautiful, it has a great location! Thank you for the beautiful accommodation, I felt at home with my family ♥️

Marcelo's apartment is excellent and is in the heart of the good neighborhood, an extremely safe neighborhood with many options of restaurants and cafes. An incredible apartment option in Porto Alegre. The parking space is very good, no parking problems. Communication with Marcelo was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Sidnei was very friendly and very patient in helping us find a solution for my mother who has trouble going up and down stairs. The house was very clean and organized and the garden was impeccable.

We stayed with family in the apartment, which welcomed us very well. The condominium is the high point in my opinion, so that you traveled with children, like me, has an incredible infrastructure. Parquinho, soccer, lake, tennis court, Beach tennis. Amazing green area. The apartment is cozy, clean, bedding, and utensils all available in perfect condition for use! Great location in cinnamon!

I stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and complete apartment. The place exceeded my expectations, with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and very well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the stay and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back!

This is the second time I've stayed with Jefté, as always very kind, certainly when I return to Gramado, I already have a place to stay.

Since the reservation, the communication was great and Nina was always willing to accommodate our requests (we arrived later, we took two medium dogs, we asked to check out late...). The house is huge, high-end 1970s. As there were only two of us (a couple), we only saw our bedroom/en-suite and the common areas (living room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, garage/laundry), the others were locked. Kitchen with utensils in great condition and working. Comfortable bed, clean and fragrant sheets and towels, all impeccably clean! Well located, it is a 5-minute walk to the party where we were (Grostoli Festival), in front of the beautiful Mother Church, and also to the center - we walked everywhere! The city is so sweet! We're already getting ready to be back soon!

Rosinha's place is one of the best we have ever been to. We love going there for a peaceful and restful long weekend and we plan to go back soon!!

Excellent apartment, well located I didn't even need to take the car out of the garage! To be perfect, it just needs air conditioning, but the stay was 10/10 I recommend it.

It's a wonderful place, Maurício and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super well equipped, comfortable and has a very nice and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as presented in the listing. I highly recommend the place and for sure we'll be back to stay at the house.

When I found the property, I was very excited because it “sold” me exactly what I was looking for. A hut, swimming pool, bathtub (the skateboarding track I didn't seek but won me). What I could not imagine, is that this space has given me much more than advertised. Every moment, from breakfast to sunset, were watered with gratitude and enthusiasm. The space is so magical, that it gave me attractions and experiences, both in sunny and rainy days. Tu has a balcony for your coffee or chimas, a swimming pool facing the countryside, with periods of shade and sun. Tu finds peace by relaxing in the bathtub at any time. Barbecue front to the lake, with an hourly deck. The mezzanine with a giant tv and comfortable sofa serve both to relax and sleep. The skateau was a moment of nostalgia. And all this becomes more welcoming with the human and proactive service of Riana. I discovered my favorite piece on earth, I hope to be back soon!

We were 6 adults and 1 1-year-old baby. We loved the location, we loved the apartment. To sleep, we felt a little bit uncomfortable about the extra beds in the room, since my son is over 1.80, but we made up for it with pillows, lol. The extra bed is a little small, but other than that the rest is very good. The kitchen is complete, everything is brand new! The covers, towels, sheets were clean and available in the right amount. We stayed one night only and it was wonderful. The pool is great and is the highlight of the accommodation. I loved it and recommend it!

Like the first time, everything was great!!! Perfect communication, wonderful environment. We'll be back for sure.

Very cozy and comfortable space, you could walk to the most touristy part of Gramado, a factor that made us choose this property was the kitchen, because my wife has celiac disease and we had to make our own meals because there are few options in the city that she can go to and the kitchen was well equipped, there is a large market nearby which made everyday life easier, in addition to the sofa bed, there was a single mattress too, there were 4 of us, me, my wife, my 6-year-old daughter and my mother, we were well accommodated, we just couldn't use the streaming but we didn't think that was a problem because we didn't spend much time in the property to watch TV

We felt very comfortable and Silvia was always attentive to our messages, being very kind. The apartment is in a quiet area to rest, near the center. It was definitely an excellent stay
