Beautiful loft, wonderful view, everything clean and organized with everything we need for a short stay. Super quiet and safe. Staff of the building very polite and helpful. The only problem we had was the extra mattress that was supposed to be available on the first day, but was delivered on the second day. In addition, I highly recommend it and we enjoyed it a lot

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful backyard, quiet and welcoming. The region is great with many things to do, several restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Redemption Park, where the feirinha takes place on weekends. The host made this suggestion and it was well worth knowing! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only an unforeseen minimum on the day of leaving, where it was without a sign and out of the area, not being able to respond quickly, but nothing that would hinder our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

We had a great weekend at the apartment! Clean, comfortable space and exactly as advertised. We appreciate the attentive reception and certainly recommend the accommodation for those looking for tranquility and a good experience. I recommend it!

Anderson is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any existing questions or issues. My only nuisance was with the bed, which was stained and uneven. Because of this I ended up looking for another place to stay. In any case, Anderson promptly returned the other part of the amount not reimbursed by airbnb and promised to make the change of bed the next day, which will benefit the next guests. Location very close to PUC and a large supermarket, with a garage for the car and the necessary infrastructure for a good stay.

We had a happy stay, clean apartment, comfortable, beautiful view, great location, very friendly host, we will definitely be back here in the near future!

Great location, next to Bourbon mall and close to other places. Very functional, the kitchen serves very well even for making quick meals, good gym, laundry and parking. Quiet place.
