The stay in the apartment was excellent, the space was consistent with the images. It is well-structured, with basic cooking utensils. The location is great, right in the center of Gramado, a 3-minute drive from Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Both bedrooms are large and spacious. The parking space is tight, and it only fits smaller cars.

You put us in another apartment of yours, without talking to us. It was also very good and it went well but it would have been nice if you had let me know. However, the condominium is great, offers a great structure and the host was attentive. I recommend it.

The building has no garage, but the area has several nearby garages. For those who want to visit the capital for sightseeing, the region is excellent because it is surrounded by bars, restaurants and the like. Are you going to a show at Araujo Vianna? The location is ideal. Want to just enjoy Redenção? This is the perfect place!

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

I can only portray the perfect environment that the hostess provided us, with a wonderful and impeccable apartment, close to everything, well located. We had the best of both worlds, feeling like we were at home. Our hostess was perfect, in addition to allowing us to enjoy the space in a way that gave us freedom while still worrying about the details and being available for any setbacks. We hope we have left the best impression in maintaining the organization close to the way we received it upon arrival. Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.
