L'alloggio è una splendida villa situata in un quartiere pieno di villette e la suddetta villa fa parte di un insieme di 3 ville con 2 piscini in comune. La città più vicina é Labin (Albona) e dista 15 minuti di auto ed é fornita di tutti i servizi (supermercato/ benzinaio etc) . Marin non era presente al momento del soggiorno, al suo posto c'era Valter, il suo referente, disponibilissimo anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di un meccanico. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno 5/5

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Claudias House. Recommendation for everyone who looks for a quiet and cozy place with a very friendly, warm and helpful landlady. The House has a fully equiped kitchen and numberous beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away by car.

Bea und Jürgens Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Gelegen auf einem großen, schönen Areal gibt es auch im und um das Haus viel Platz und schöne Plätzchen zum Sitzen. Von der Terrasse sieht man in der Ferne das Meer, der Pool war für die Kinder der Hauptaufenthaltsort und die Abende haben wir in der Outdoorküche verbracht. Bea und Jürgen wohnen hinter dem Haus in einem Wohnwagen, sie kommen immer wieder vorbei zum Gießen oder nach dem Rechten sehen - für Personen, die total alleine sein wollen ist das vielleicht gut zu wissen. Bea und Jürgen waren aber total nette Gastgeber und auch sehr lieb mit den Kindern und Bea hat uns einen Strand in der Nähe gezeigt und Restaurants empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt waren wir 5 Personen mit 2 Babys und das Haus war ausreichend groß. Alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Auch der Außenbereich war großzügig und der Pool sehr schön. Leider konnten wir diesen kaum nutzen, weil er nicht beheizt war, wir waren jedoch auch Ende April dort, wodurch er wahrscheinlich noch nicht warm genug war. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb größerer Städte, weshalb ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig ist. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Fragen wurde stets schnell reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Great place to spend a quiet vacation with the family. The four apartments are completely equipped, and the shared spaces are awesome. The kids enjoyed the playroom with billiard and darts, and the grown ups enjoyed the ample dinning room with air-conditioned grilling! There is a very private beach 25 minutes away from the villa, it is amazing, but you need to wear good shoes (avoid flip-flops!). Supermarkets are about 25 minutes away in Labin. Ingrid is always available and extremely helpful! Looking forward to coming back some day.

Die Vermieter waren vom ersten bis letzten Tag sehr freundlich. Obwohl sie unter der Unterkunft wohnen, hat man volle Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Der kleine Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, aber dadurch, dass man beim Rückweg bergauf gehen muss, ist es mit dem ganzen Gepäck (was man so für den Strandttag brauch) und der Hitze zu anstrengend für Kinder. Wir sind mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren, was durch die kostenlose Parkplätze kein Problem war. Man kann eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirm mitbringen. Der Parkplatz in der Unterkunft war schattig. Ich war mit meinen drei Kinder (3,10 und 12 Jahre alt) für 5 Nächte da. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Betten waren bequem. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach war auch vorhanden. Der Platz reicht für 4 Personen gut aus. Nur das Bad war etwas klein, aber funktional. Der Balkon ist ein Traum, top Ausblick und immer ein kleines Lüftchen.
