My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Claudias House. Recommendation for everyone who looks for a quiet and cozy place with a very friendly, warm and helpful landlady. The House has a fully equiped kitchen and numberous beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away by car.

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Great place to spend a quiet vacation with the family. The four apartments are completely equipped, and the shared spaces are awesome. The kids enjoyed the playroom with billiard and darts, and the grown ups enjoyed the ample dinning room with air-conditioned grilling! There is a very private beach 25 minutes away from the villa, it is amazing, but you need to wear good shoes (avoid flip-flops!). Supermarkets are about 25 minutes away in Labin. Ingrid is always available and extremely helpful! Looking forward to coming back some day.

The landlords were very friendly from the first to the last day. Although they live under the accommodation, you have full privacy. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday life. The small beach is within walking distance, but because you have to walk uphill on the way back, it is too exhausting for children with all the luggage (which you need for the beach day) and the heat. We drove to the beach by car, which was no problem due to the free parking. You can bring your own loungers and sunshade. The parking lot in the property was shady. I was there with my three children (3, 10 and 12 years old) for 5 nights. We enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable. A large fridge with freezer was also provided. There is enough space for 4 people. Only the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. The balcony is a dream, great view and always a little breeze.
