Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. This is a great COVID SAFE separate studio apartment on my property. We are located outside of Modesto/Riverbank, on the path to Yosemite National Park. This space is perfect for traveling nurses or medical professionals. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I have intensified my cleaning/sanitizing per Air B&B protocols. My son and I maintain the room and property. Feel free to wander the yard and meditate. I just completed a full remodel of the back yard and it is extremely peaceful here.
