Beautiful home , GREAT host I would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone interested. Private entrance and parking , clean well stocked quite neighborhood .

this was my husband and i’s first time in california, and our experience was so much sweeter because we stayed here! the space is perfect, beautiful plants surrounding the outdoor space, it just felt right at home! we will be staying here again!

Rebecca's place was so nice to stay at. The view was great, so peaceful! A great place to relax and unwind. She was so sweet and worked with us on our crazy arrival time due to traffic. The place was beautiful and the view was even better. We even got a morning greeting from their sweet puppy Mojo! Would 100% say here over and over again!

We had a wonderful stay in this rental! It is just as it appears in the photos and was super clean, extremely quiet and just two short blocks to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in the downtown area. One additional aspect not often mentioned in reviews is that this rental is wonderfully scent-free with no fragrance plug-ins or scented sheets - a big plus in my book! We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Bev and Rod are both exceptionally friendly and accomodating hosts. I had brought along a to-go dinner and bottle of wine; then it turned out that when I arrived Rod was at the BBQ making their dinner. So I was able to enjoy wonderful company with my evening meal - on their beautifully paved open patio surrounded by an amazing garden, while having someone with whom to share a glass or two of wine. The acommodations were also impressive, in what I learned is a former town bakery. My room for the night, its little kitchenette, and the bathroom, are without question professionally finished by a master craftsman, and decorated in an interesting artistic and unique welcoming manner. The little table in the bay window with a log hewn bench was especially fun. And a delightful side patio with a second private exit expanded their property's gardens to wonderfully enhance my experience staying here. Overall, I could not have wanted for a nicer stay.

Squeaky clean, comfy and very centrally located!

The guesthouse is beautiful! It was clean, spacious and they have thought of everything to make for a wonderful & comfortable stay on the farm. The house was far enough from the road that makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect for my stay while visiting family. Lisa & Caroline were very helpful, responded quickly to me and provided clear & detailed information on getting there and check-in & check-out. And Cooper, he's a sweetheart! So loveable and wanted to hang out with me in the guesthouse. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in town.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays, Emily was amazing! Responsive,kind and friendly, definitely recommend staying with her.Her home is lovely and the neighborhood is cute.The Airbnb itself is very safe and despite the noise from the neighbors next door celebrating memorial Day, still peaceful.The bed was really comfy. Everything I needed was right there. Perfect for solo traveling.If I ever find myself back in Tracy I will definitely try to stay with her again. Thank you for everything Emily 💙💙💙

Daniel was super responsive. Went above and beyond for us. The above the stove microwave was acting up. Daniel didn’t hesitate. Had one there within a few hours. The home was super clean. Everything how the house was described in the description was spot on. I would recommend this home to everyone!!!!!

Chris was so kind and easy to communicate with. I reached out with questions before booking due to our circumstances and he was more than helpful and accommodating! The location is safe and there’s a beautiful park only a few hundred feet away! We didn’t get to go over there, but if our stay was less busy, we would’ve loved to. This studio was cozy, with the comfiest tempur-pedic king bed. The kitchen had utensils, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, a fridge, full oven and stove top, microwave, and even spices and tin foil! The local train definitely likes to toot the horn while passing by, but we live somewhat close to a train so it didn’t bother us too much. Thanks for the stay Chris! We appreciate your kindness and the cozy stay!

Beautiful re-use of accomodations, tastefully decorated and comfortable. For us, the location was perfect for attending a wedding just locks away.

It was the perfect place for me and my puppy to stay during the holidays. It was very cozy and comfy. We had everything that we needed. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Cheryl is very friendly and quick to respond to questions.

I was meeting a friend and we needed a place within 2hrs of Oakland, Murphys, and Yosemite. I also needed a place with space outside for my dog and rv. This was perfect! We enjoyed walking the farm, peaceful space inside, and the private hot tub. Trish and Mike were helpful and we enjoyed couple nice conversations when I was wandering area-otherwise we were left alone to enjoy vacation.

Great place to stay. Close to groceries, cafes , and restaurants. Justin is very responsive to our questions throughout the stay. I also made a mistake on the dates of stay and Justin was very kind to accommodate us. Thank you again!

This was our 9th stay and once again it was wonderful. Here's to the fabulous host Bill and Paul. To the baked goods, yummy cheese, hummus, farm fresh eggs which my husband always can't wait to eat them. Also the bottle of wine which we took to dinner at the Murphy's Hotel. We always feel at home and enjoy our conversations with them. Its like we have known Bill and Paul for many years. We can't wait for our next visit. :)

Lorri was the sweetest and her other hosts that she has on the lot! The gravy and biscuits that they made for us on our last day was AMAZING. This has been one of our first Airbnb’s with this much amenities. Usually 9 times out of 10 we have to constantly provide our own things, but this place has everything we need! Lorri and her team were super friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. There wasn’t once where she made us dissatisfied and helped us when we needed it. I definitely recommend this place and the price was super reasonable for the Stockton area. Thank you for having us and we will for sure keep this place in mind again when we visit. 🩷

Mark went over and beyond... he noticed when I tried to open the gate the latch was kind of high and the next day he had footstools on both sides of the gate. He recommend a winery and even though we don't drink it was a perfect out for us to visit, gorgeous surroundings and custom soft drinks for those of us that don't drink wine... the charcuterie board was EPIC, we tried it and were not disappointed. We loved our stay and felt so safe! Mark was right on with everything and the amenities were well stocked. We will definitely stay again!

The best of both: open sky, horses and plentiful peaceful nature, along with a short drive to town for fine restaurants and shops. A comfortable bed, cozy, clean and private base with a view of fields, horses and dragonflies on the front porch. Simply lovely, simple and rejuvenating. Chris, our artistic talented host, was always so responsive, kind and helpful. 5 stars on every front! Thank you!
