Vacation rentals with breakfast in Stanislaus River

This place was great very clean the hosts was very friendly even gave me a tour of the house made me feel right at home definitely recommend

Andrew is a retired PreK/kinder teacher who made us feel like family. He was so welcoming and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted by him. He quickly showed us to an area where he prepared homemade cookie, fruit infused water, & coffee items ready for us. I cannot stress enough how we were treated just like family. The breakfast he prepared for us was delicious and in to-go boxes since we had to head out early. Out of the 3 options he has on the menu the Half Dome burritos are amazing. He puts thought into every detail. We will definitely be staying again. This Airbnb is a gem!

This was hands down the best AirBnB experience thus far. Lakisha really makes you feel at home during your stay. She has a beautiful home that is immaculately clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is truly an oasis with everything you need at your fingertips. Many times I did not have to leave the home for what I needed. Sometimes dinner was even prepared when I entered the home. I would highly recommend booking this AirBnB. Keep in mind it is 20 min from stockton and 25 min from livermore. A perfect location outside of the city!

Super cute place! Nice amenities and very accommodating space. The little design touches were sweet and thoughtful.

The room is large with a very comfortable bed. The gourmet kitchen was very nice to cook in. loved the large air fryer!! The home is quiet and peaceful. lots of books to read. the front sitting room is like sitting in a quiet coffee shop. Peaceful vibes and some great conversations were had!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Modesto!!!

I used Cheryl’s place for a couple of night to attend a family wedding. Cheryl’s place was clean and was exactly what I needed. Cheryl and her husband were always very responsive and on our arrival, my kids and I got a tour of the place. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it .

Really affordable stay and well organized. Crystal provides very clear instructions for her guests and it’s definitely needed since there were other guests. We even had a space labeled for us in the kitchen and fridge if we needed it!

A good spot for a quick overnight on my way back to Washington. Lady Rae was proactively communicative and flexible with my late arrival. The pups did bark a bit when I arrived, but that's to be expected and they quieted down fairly quickly. Instructions were clear and the room was easy to find in the house. The bed was very comfortable, which was welcome after hours of driving and walking around Yosemite earlier in the day.

Fantastic hosts, great place. It was a bit like staying at your friend's Grandma's place, and I mean it in the best sense possible. Like where else are you going to be greeted with freshly made homemade treats, and that's in addition to coffee, tea, bananas, milk, juice and bottled water in the fridge! Vintage furniture and decor, yet everything was well maintained, functional and very clean. The bed was modern though and very comfortable. The place is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by oak trees and tons of wildlife. Would definitely book again!

Ginger's place was great! It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and they were very quick to respond.

Denise was a great host. She met with me at check-in and walked me through her home which was great. The room was comfortable and private. Sometimes parking is hard to find but the complex is well lit so I always felt safe, however, I did need a flashlight to unlock the doors to the unit and my room at night. Overall my week there was great and I highly recommend Denise as a host.
