Great place to stay with beautiful view and a great space outside for the kids to play

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Myself, 9 others and 1 small dog booked on of Sue's fantastic cottages for a reunion weekend. Sue was very easy to communicate with, gave us the guidebook ahead of time virtually for any queries (we were very interested in the pizza oven and games room) Facilties were excellent, we were lucky that no other cottages on the site (only 3 others) were in use during our stay, so had free roam of the site and facilties. The local recommendations were brilliant. We went to the old black bull down the road for dinner on the first night and then again for roast dinner on Sunday - mega The house itself is just as shown in the photos, more than comfortable to sleep and house 10 of us for the weekend. Special mention to the hottub, (which is private for your house and I believe comes with all houses) and to Paul who was more than helpful coming to our rescue and reviving out pizza night when we experienced some issues with the oven. 10/10 would go again.

This is a haven of tranquility. Walk through the doors and you feel at home. So beautifully decorated, absolutely perfect in every way. We are keen cooks, love to spend time in the kitchen making meals and enjoying company of friends. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all you need. Peter is an outstanding host and offers support instantly. We had a slight glitch with the internet (not Peter’s fault!) and he was so helpful and supportive. We love the place. Seriously LOVE! We will be back and look forward to being back!

Fantastic little cottage, very clean and well presented just as described. Very good location for other places to visit and explore, lots of food and mini supermarkets available. We would highly recommend this beautiful quirky cottage to others and will definitely use again if we're staying near there it was so relaxing and not too far from the wedding venue we were guests at. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming and relaxing you are truly an amazing host.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at The Barn. The property was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The garden as well as the house was spacious and both felt very private and tastefully appointed and allowed us a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring this part of North Yorkshire where there is so much to see and do.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

Olivia’s place was absolutely stunning. It was spotless, clean tidy and clutter free. Very modern interior appliances were 5 star. The balcony was an added bonus the view was absolutely stunning just as described. The cottage was close to local amenities bars restaurants beaches. The host Olivia was prompt in responding to my questions and at the end of phone if needed. We will definitely be back if in Whitby. If you are thinking of staying here I would highly recommend. 😊

Josh was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our stay at his spotless accommodation. Everything inside was of top quality, very comfortable furniture and bedding, easy to use showers etc. Easy free parking right outside and just around the corner were cafes and restaurants, shops. The doggies were catered for too with their own basket of blankets and treats. An enjoyable break in a beautiful town. We will be back.

Great coat house right at the top of Staithes. Easy walking to the beach and very convenient to have the coop up the road. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was everything we needed it to be.

I travel for work every week and this is possibly the nicest accommodation i have ever stayed in. Homely, great location, spotless and a lovely welcome pack, biscuits, crisps and milk in the fridge. Truly home from home.

Wonderfully located right by the Minster, this apartment was great for our family.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and fantastically located cottage. Mitch was freindly and responsive, even given us prior warning of a potential power cut. The house was well equipped, warm and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Visited last weekend. We were welcomed upon arrival and were greeted by both John and Tricia. Parking was safe and secure. Lodge set in a beautiful peaceful location, John gave us a thorough tour and explained in depth about all facilities. The lodge contained everything you could possibly need including a lovely welcome pack and a bottle of Chilled Cava. Hosts were knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to meet, the visit felt friendly from the start. There are lots of places to visit nearby and it is central to most tourist attractions. John and Tricia couldn’t do enough even offering to come and collect us if we got stranded anywhere on our walk. Visit made even better by the resident miniature horses, dogs and chicken who joined us outside for a glass of cava. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay. It's obvious by the little details that John and Tricia have put everything into getting things just right for their guests. Highly recommended, see you again. Many thanks Ted and Lynn

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3-night break near Whitby and N.Yorks Moors, and we would very happily book again! Just outside Whitby, and only 1 minute away from the efficient park and ride, but with a real feel of being on the edge of the countryside. We had two lovely evening walks from the property beside farm fields where we saw hares, a barn owl, and lots of birdlife in the hedgerows. The only point to note is that the property is very close to the roundabout at the junction of two A roads, which at peak traffic times are BUSY and quite noisy. Inside, the property is well sound-insulated, and even as an dedicated peace and quiet lover it didn't bother me at all, but if you are hoping for total traffic silence, you may want to look elsewhere. However this property is amazing value, and in such an otherwise great location, so well presented and comfortable, and with such a lovely helpful host I would book without hesitation! Lovely place to stay in a great location. Homely comfortable feel. We really enjoyed our stay. The master bed is huge! The cottage has everything you need and is in a great location for the beach and places to eat. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.
