Boulby Grange Farmhouse Cottage.

Cosy quirky 1 bedroom holiday cottage with stunning views of the sea with own garden & log burner. NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Atcot Cottage - a hidden gem!

Atcot Cottage has been our own special sanctuary for years but is now available for holidays and short breaks. A Grade II Listed, 18th Century smugglers cottage retaining lots of original features, it has been lovingly restored to provide luxury accommodation for 4 people. Compact and cosy, tucked away down a little alleyway, it is a perfect holiday location for getting away from it all. Only 200 yards to the harbour and beach and well placed for exploring the lovely North Yorkshire Coast.

The spacious cottage has been fully renovated throughout to a high standard. It features a wood burning stove, a great outside area and the sea views from the master bedroom are breathtaking. It is suitable for couples & families alike, ideal for both relaxing or a more energetic break, for example walking the Cleveland Way.

A warm welcome to Dunsley Cottage in the heart of Staithes. Dunsley is a beautiful fisherman's cottage, built in 1871 it is oozing with Victorian charm. The cottage retains many original features but has lovingly been brought into the 21st century with its warm and inviting decor. Situated on a pedestrianised cobbled street, the cottage is a stones throw away from the the beach, harbour, river and High St and a mere 30 second walk to pubs, cafes and art galleries. Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! Sunday School - cosy & spacious in iconic building

The Sunday School is a spacious open plan studio apartment in the bottom of the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Staithes. It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay.
