With its original ships' timber beams, the old forge where Laura and Harold Knight painted in the early 1900's is one of the oldest buildings in Staithes. It has been restored for use as a cosy studio-cottage right in the heart of the old village. It has a bed-deck with comfortable mattress, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and multi-fuel stove.
