My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.

Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
