The apartment is also ideally located for the exhibition grounds (OLMA) and the university in St. Gallen. Our guests benefit from free SUP & kayak rental at the Lake Constance Canoe School.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Europe’s great fresh water lake, Lake Constance, is only 3 minutes away by foot, an enchanting lake where, in just 5 minutes by foot, you can visit a more than 2000-year-old town, an impressive medieval castle with museum, and the remains of a Roman fortress, see what might be the oldest Church tower in the World, and connect with cruise ships that can take you to Austria or Germany, as well as other locations on the Swiss side of the lake!
