Kid-friendly vacation rentals in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

-the cottage is exactly like what is shown in the pictures. - it is first time for me to stay in this kind of cottage, its a bit historic and interesting -the different rooms are on different floors, so expect flights of stairs, it is also communicated, so fine with us. -the location is between two towns (st leonard and hasting old town), it is easy walk to Hasting old town -the place is lovely, I would recommend it

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

Second time staying in these courtyard accommodations. Place was clean and welcoming, as expected. Particularly useful to have cot and highchair available. Communication with host was good. Location works well for us, easy to walk to shops and seafront and in to town.

Well, it turns out that Heaven really is a place on Earth! What a wonderful property. I was tempted to run away with the key so no one else can get in but me! Add to that The Most Comfortable Mattress On Earth (TM), and it was actually quite hard to go out and get anything done! I'm definitely coming back here. Frankly, I may put in an offer to buy it! Utterly wonderful break. Sandra is so friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. The whole thing was quite appallingly perfect.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! The only downside was parking and the narrow street is generally jammed packed so had to park a few streets away. Aside from that we had a wonderful time (and very grateful for coffee machine). We were in Hastings for my mother’s funeral and this lovely home provided a safe and comforting environment to come home to. Thank you for a fantastic stay 💕

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela's. Their home is just beautiful and our space was was quiet and private. Loved the way they have created a unique space. Great value for money with so much space offered. The bed was so comfy and the sea view bath was divine. Lots of lovely extras like milk and fesh coffee was well received. Our dog was welcome but you wouldn't know dogs are welcome there. We were offered some nice close by places to walk her. And a quick route into Hastings. The Lidl around the corner was great too. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely property and beautifully furnished. Good communication from David and clear instructions. Worth keeping in mind that the parking is a little walk away and you end up losing your space when you go on day trips to Rye or Battle - though there is more free parking the further up the hill you go :)

Tracy & Marks property was very spacious and just what we needed for a weekend get away with our friends and their families. We traveled with 3 children under 2 and luckily Tracy & Mark were very kind and flexible with our check in to work around nap/ feeding times which was a real help. The house itself has everything you need in the kitchen, which looks out onto a lovely garden, the dining room next door was very big and a great place for cooking group dinners, the lounge included a small pool table and a darts board, they also had a great selection of board games. The location is just a 4 minute drive from the beach front in Hastings, which had some great shops, & really lovely places to grab a bite to eat and drink. We had a fantastic stay, thank you both!

Had a lovely few days at the apartment . Easy to find with great directions and communication from Wendy . Fantastic location , close to everything loved the old town and fish and chips at Maggies . The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything that was needed during the stay , lovely and clean . Overall a lovely trip , would highly recommend 🤩

Perfect stay at Lisa's place! The flat exceeded expectations - spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Location was ideal, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions. Space felt like home with thoughtful touches and comfortable beds. As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. My family and I wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was spotless which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed, from kitchen essentials to towels and toiletries. The views from this flat are stunning! We enjoyed looking out at the sea. The flat is situated on a hill about a 15 min walk away from the old town and town centre which was perfect! Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I really appreciated Bindu’s attention to detail and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Beautiful peaceful sanctuary. We loved it! The photos don’t do this space justice at all. Can’t wait to return for another evening wine by the firepit.

Kimberley was an excellent host, extremely responsive and so helpful and understanding. she gave lots of tips for the area and the property is in the very centre of Hastings, right on the seafront and next to old town. This does come with slight noise that you would expect being on a main road, but the property is really funky and unique inside - love the decor and location. perfect Hastings get away - visit the fire fields!

This little house suited very well for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house lies close to the train station and it is not fare to the sea.

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!
