Pet-friendly vacation rentals in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

A great home for a family get- together for 8 people. Lots of space, great value, well equipped, great barbecue. Mind your head on the low beams?

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

We were a group of 6 friends, and had a very nice stay in the Lighthouse. Our host was very helpful and assisted when we first had some issues with the WIFI connection. It was a lovely space, easy walk to a couple of restaurants, we tried the Owl, which was very nice with lovely food and friendly staff. 15 minute walk to the main part of the Camber Sands, but you can access the beach earlier to. We chose to walk into Rye, which is a lovely town, with many places to see, eat and just relax. But it is also easy accessible with bikes or a car. The full walk is on a path, and you never need to walk beside the road. Once back to the Light House we spent the afternoon in the garden which had sun all day. The house was tastefully decorated with a better quality furniture than I have experienced in other Airbnb's before, and some nice touches with locally produced cakes and biscuits on arrival. We would happily recommend the Light House for a wonderful stay.

My sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay in your caravan by the lake. The location is absolutely stunning! Waking up to the beautiful views of the lake was a highlight of our trip. My husband, my son and brother enjoyed fishing.Myself enjoyed the club swimming pool .Full relaxation and recharge our batteries for work. Moreover, the cleanliness of the caravan was truly commendable. Everything was spotless. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the cozy decor and the outdoor seating area, which made it easy to enjoy our meals with a view. Thank you once again for your hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return soon for another stay!

We had a great stay overnight at Andrew’s place! We had a power outage due to the thunderstorm but it was sorted out quickly. Andrew was very helpful and responsive.

The perfect spot - we came away for a girls weekend and in the end we struggled to get out to the beach, sitting on the terrace watching the birds, the sheep and the bunnies was a real treat! Morning skylarks with my coffee, and a stunning sunset at the end of the day. A great place to stay, amazing use of space, and we were surprised how quiet it was, you have no sense of being in a Holiday Park. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything that we needed for our weekend. A short walk to the beach - and the quieter end of the beach too. We will be back

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

I stayed at Natalie’s place with my four year old and my one year old and it was brilliant! The caravan was absolutely immaculate, the travel cot was all set up and the bed guard ready for use. There were plenty of toys, books, games for the children and it felt like a real home from home. All the extra cutlery made a difference when using the kitchen and little additions like tea bags and coffee were perfect on arrival before we had a chance to go shopping. The caravan was in a brilliant location not to far from the pool and had a lovely grass area in font of the decking. I would highly recommend to stay here if you have little ones, I will definitely be coming back to this caravan next time we visit camber sands!

We had a great time at Loretta's place. Clean and very spacious for a caravan The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the location of the caravan, private and quiet. Thank you and we'll visit again.

Lovely place to stay, everything close by. Ideal for us to visit family and friends. Everything we needed and more!! Clean and tidy and chocolate biscuits too! What more could you ask for!

Such a tranquil, beautiful setting with views of the rolling countryside and woodland walks on the doorstep. Inside, Little House is akin to a boutique hotel with a standalone roll-top bath and lots of thoughtful touches such as flowers from the garden and local apple juice. I stayed at Little House as part of recovery from a major surgery and couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect!

Beautiful setting and Claudia was friendly and helpful and warm. The accommodation was lovely we would definitely stay here again. Great location for Battle,Rye and Hastings. Peaceful calm Weekend away.

Deborah was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. Her apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views and was really welcoming and comforting. We had a wee accident with the sofa and Deborah was super understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this flat more! The area is super lovely, lots of independent bars and restaurants and only a 25 min walk from Hastings

This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

We had a great couple of days in Victoria's place. The balcony was worth it alone! Lovely spot for breakfast, pre-dinner drinks, post dinner drinks! Views of the sea, bird nests on the opposite buildings, bats flying late at night. Also, if you peer over the balcony there is often a beautiful fox sunning itself in the garden below. St Leonards and Hastings Old Town are great for an amble, with views from East Hill back over the town if you're feeling spritely! All in all, a great stay.
