The residence is very quiet, silent, with a beautiful view. The house is beautiful, super tidy, I love that, and above all, it's clean. The pool is clean, and the BBQ service is also excellent. Thank you for everything, and I would definitely recommend it.❤️

Miguel is such a nice host! Very responsive, helpful, and easy to talk to. We stayed here for two months so we communicated quite a lot and it was always a great experience. The home is a typical suburban home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's spacious and pretty modern, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. There's lots of space for sleeping, plenty of seating space, and lots of closet space. The pool is really nice to have, it's large and deep, and gets lots of sun. The home is pretty far from the attractions but the drive is easy. I do wish that the home had a dishwasher. I'm sure that's not a problem for short stays but for people who like to cook a lot it's not ideal. Also, the master bedroom is a large room so I think it would be nice to have a king bed. When we stayed there it was a queen bed but somehow it felt kind of small for a queen. Overall, I would recommend this home because it is fairly priced and Miguel is one of the nicest hosts we've ever had.

We loved our stay! It was convenient for everything we needed. 30 minutes to Orlando International airport to pick up and drop off family members. 45-50 minutes to Universal Studios. 20 minutes to the wedding venue we were attending. It was also perfect for our impromptu birthday/pool party for my nephew. We had plenty of space for people to relax, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful place to stay! If Orlando doesn't offer you enough to do, stay in and you will be well entertained by the movies, ping-pong, and pool. Great back yard to relax in! Well stock kitchen. Highly recommend this place.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still quiet and relaxing. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative through our entire stay and even before. It was very clean, had everything one needs during a vacation, and very peaceful. We will be booking again soon!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We where in Orlando to go to my granddaughters graduation & this home just made it a perfect vacation - so comfortable - & clean & the pool & outside area was amazing !!

This little cottage was perfect we stayed one night and it was the best spot. Super quiet, comfy bed and felt very cozy. Right at home. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

My whole family loved the place! The kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms. The location is just 20 minutes from Disney. The place was big and spacious for my entire family, clean, great location. Adanel was a great host, always responding our text and proactive giving us the instructions. I will definitely recommend this place.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation thanks to the hospitality of Victor and his family. We appreciated the excellent communication whenever I had a question or concern. Everything was close to the parks and we were grateful to have a clean and comfortable place to stay and cook meals together at the end of a long day in the summer sun. Juan was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The housekeeping was exceptional—everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay again!

Susie's listing is just as pictured and clean. It was quiet. Communicating with Susie was easy and pleasant. There's plenty of space and great 2 bedrooms have their private bath. We appreciate her kindness and being attentive to our stay.
