Very accommodating and beautiful apartment!

The place is really nice for a quick stay for a week or so. The unit is spacious and very well renovated. Shaw is an awesome area with good safety and walkable restaurants. The only complaint is that the floor is a bit dirty as I think they do not mop the place, which is totally fine.

I was pleases with the space, but really impressed that Robert offered me a bedroom on the main floor so I could have easier access to the bathroom. I’d stay again given the opportunity.

I booked Gabe & Annie's place for a couple of salesmen at my company who were in the area for a short time. Only one ended up staying, but he said it was great and that he would like to stay there again if we send him back to that area in the future.

Great place for my family of 4 to spread out when visiting St. Louis for the weekend. Clean and close to everything.

Robert’s place is in a safe area and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. It’s a shared Airbnb so not as clean if you were to have a whole Airbnb to yourself but not bad for the price! I got to meet Robert, he’s friendly and easy to talk to and had good restaurant recommendations.

The house was well stocked and well labeled. We use the kitchen a lot and it had what we needed with newer appliances. The lower level with pool table and darts was nice to enjoy in the evenings with our college age daughter. Castlewood State Park is less than 5 minutes away if you like to hike. We were able to park our vehicle inside the garage (using provided door remote), which was nice especially when storms were predicted. This house was a nice home base to return to each day after exploring St. Louis. In case you, like me, did not realize from the photos, when you enter the front door, there are two small flights of steps on your right, one down to the lower level and one up to the main level with the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. I appreciated the more forgiving refund policy compared to other choices, for peace of mind. Lastly Nathan was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!

The host was very responsive. They made sure the mess from the tornado that hit during our stay was cleaned up in time for the wedding party photos. The house was super clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and very scenic. Beautiful property nice pond and patio.

Great home in a quiet and convenient location. The home is comfortable and was a great place to visit with our local family.

Great location with access to highways. Fenced yard with access from both floors worked great for our dogs. Plenty of room for our group of 4. Plenty of towels and dishes. Dishwasher and W/D came in handy during our 2 week stay. Stocked with essentials like paper towels, dish and hand soap, TP and trash bags.

Great place great neighborhood

Highly recommend this lovely home in Cottleville, MO. We stayed here for 9 days while visiting family and felt very comfortable and safe. This home looks exactly as shown on the pictures. Very spacious, clean, and easy to access. Feels just like your home with everything you would need. The area is very nice with a small-town feel. Close to many restaurants, stores and activities. Jeffrey and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Gave very easy, detailed instructions and ensured that we knew that they were always accessible if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was spotless, well equipped, plenty of parking and great location for our purposes. Plenty of living space... Had 6 Adults and 2 kids and never felt crowded. John was very responsive when we had a few questions. Would stay again next time I need to be in St. Louis. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This house was suitable for us and accommodated us well. There’s a top golf, target and Starbucks close enough to walk. Also, this location was accessible to downtown and others areas within 15min or less. The house was equipped with reasonable amount of supplies like trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The host responded in a timely manner (very quickly). The neighborhood was quiet. The only cons we experienced was the garage was not as accessible for 2 large (premium SUV’s). It makes it extremely difficult to navigate in and out. The alley way to access the garage is not paved and is pretty rocky. It would be great if the home offered the renters a parking pass to park in front of the home (on the street) due to the home being able to accommodate up to 14 people to sleep, however if the vehicle doesn’t seat up to 7 each there’s not enough parking close to the home for other vehicles. Overall this was a great stay.
