Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Springs

From the beginning of my booking Adam provided a real friendliness to ensure we had a great visit. Went the extra mile to help with getting situated with a 2 year old...and I would recommend this place to ANYone. It was perfect beach vibe with an amazing pool, great bikes/chairs/etc for enjoyment...and it's a 5 min walk to town (for the true Montauk experience). Loved it and thank you Adam!!!

Sweet cottage in the heart of springs. Lovely outdoor deck and patio with doors that open up. Simple and cute!

Amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Abby and David are extremely hospitable, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-located. The pool, hot tub, desk, and back garden are even larger and more beautiful in real life. We will definitely be back. Thank you Abby and David!

I have never stayed in an Airbnb before. Bc I like a clean pristine place and prefer a hotel. I am converted after our stay. This house is so amazing pristine and clean. We enjoyed the fabulous design and comforts of home while being there for 5 night for our son’s wedding. I would stay at the house again in a heart beat. And to our surprise it was way bigger than it looks in photos. Thank you Ashley for having us.

This is a very clean and comfortable house with good quality linen and towels. There is minimal clutter and the place is well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. The house gives off very good vibes. The view from the French windows across the deck to the little bay is exquisite. All in all, highly recommended.

We had a lovely weekend at Rachel's cozy abode! The home was perfect for a few of us working remotely for the week. We were able to enjoy the peaceful backyard & pool and the house was stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook a few meals at home. The location of the house is also great--we enjoyed the quick drives to nearby beaches and our dinner outings. Rachel was communicative, kind, and responsive. We hope to be back for another getaway in the near future!

Our stay was great! The house was adorable and fit our style. The pool was awesome to be in and lay by. They gave us so many good recommendations. Highly suggest you book this house for your trip to The Hamptons.

Nice little Bungalow! Perfect for up to 4 people. Very private and clean. The Location was Great. Right across the street from the Beach with a beautiful view. Has a small Firepit. Only a mile or 2 to Downtown. Would definitely go back.

Cozy, well appointed apartment on a tranquil property in the woods. Short drive to the woods and to downtown Sag Harbor. All in all, a great pied-a-terre for our week in the Hamptons.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Holly’s place! We were traveling with 2 adults, an 18 year old and significant other and 2 teenagers and the amount of space was perfect! Everyone had room to spread out. The apartment had all the things you love about old homes, but all the updates that make life easier. The homemade banana bread that Holly left for us was such a personal touch and it was delicious. Erica greeted us with a warm welcome even though we arrived well past midnight. My daughter enjoyed reading in the cozy sitting area by the window. It was fun to watch the Hallmark movie that was filmed there. We fast forwarded the cheesy parts and enjoyed seeing the house in the movie. The area is peaceful and quaint. There’s a Dunkin about 5 minutes away, too which made our early mornings a little easier. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with a family!

Paris is a wonderful host. His property and cottage is a perfect retreat for two. Charming accommodations with a beautiful view and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back soon! Angelo C.

We loved staying at Sally and Eric’s guesthouse! It was perfectly located, very clean, and she was incredible responsive!

Kelly and Rick’s place is absolutely beautiful and a perfect retreat for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic experience in Montauk. We’ve lived on LI our whole lives but never got to explore the east end until now, and Kelly’s place is the PERFECT location! It’s near town with great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby, near hiking trails where we got to see seals and beautiful views of the ocean, near the lighthouse, near great fishing spots, etc., not to mention the gorgeous view of Lake Montauk right on their property. We used their fire pit and had a fire the last night of our stay as well! We had a BLAST and had such a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean and has everything you could need for your stay, and Kelly was super attentive and responsive when it came to answering our questions and inquiries. Thank you again for giving us such a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 recommend! We’ll definitely be back🌊❤️☀️

It was a great stay, my second time staying here and Roisin is quick over communication and answering all the questions we had. Overall, great location and easy to get to!

We really enjoyed staying at Patrick’s place. It was private, quiet & close to our family. He had thoughtfully supplied many kitchen supplies, dishes & everything we needed for our stay. Very organized & had many spaces to keep our things . Very comfortable apartment & smelled clean & fresh. Even had a small vacuum we could use to clean up tracked in leaves & dirt. We were there for a week & enjoyed having a stress free place to unwind!

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

Great! Met our needs of staying somewhere for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Just be aware that there are not that many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity so you may need to go to towns 30 or so minutes away.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
