The Fisherman's cottage with separate studio/office on private 1/2 acre is located off Springy Banks Road near Three Mile Harbor. Walk to a market & restaurant, 5 minute drive to East Hampton Village, 10 minutes to ocean beaches. The main house has central AC, spacious living room, eat-in-kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher. If you are intending to travel with your dog please let us know prior to your arrival and ask for permission. We are very dog friendly but would love to know what kind of dog and will decide ASAP
