Nice, comfortable home for our stay. Bed was really comfortable as were the really nice pillows. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful, peaceful location to unwind and relax. Loved listening to the coyotes at night and sitting by the pond watching birds in the evening. Close to a rails to trails conversion so I will bring a bike next time!

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

This charming and well-kept home was a perfect place for my family and me to stay. Katie and Mark were incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. When we realized we had forgotten an item after checking out, they replied instantly and graciously allowed us to return to retrieve it. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and will always look back fondly on our week in Springfield. If you’re visiting the Capital City area, I highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Fabulous historic home with interesting vintage and antique decor. It was easy to find, access and stay comfortably in.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean; nicely decorated; had great various usable spaces for hanging out (eating, relaxing, puzzles, outdoor patio, separate bathrooms); quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. It was nice to be able to park in the garage - just know that the steps from the garage into the house are steep (we adapted by mostly using the front door to get into the house). The drive to the Lincoln museums and other attractions was reasonable. For the spaces that the 3 of us needed (my mom, partner and I), we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Very easy to get in with just a code. As soon as we walked in the place felt fresh and inviting. A big yard for dogs to run around ours loved it! The only thing I will say about the fence is that at the corners of the yard there were just small fences that dogs could easily knock over or jump over. Other than that we used the grill and sat on the patio space which was very relaxing. The town of Lincoln is very quaint and quiet which we loved, with a yummy ice cream place and coffee shop. There are also beautiful nature areas like Kickapoo creek park. We actually ended up getting engaged there on our hike! This place will forever be very special to us and had nothing but a good experience with the place and host.

Jordan's location was great. The apartment had everything we needed and the laundry in the building was so convenient. Would definitely recommend it!

Assel was great, there was a issue at check in (on my end) the communication was very responsive and we had it resolved very quickly. Everything in the apt. was great. The kitchen was big had everything I needed to prepare meals. Overall a great place to stay downtown Springfield.

Great place, very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. Will be staying again as I come to Springfield for work often.

We chose this weekend for the library sale and the art fair. It was busy and we worried about parking a little bit, but Crista provided us with many different options. It was our second stay here and it was everything we needed it to be!

Second stay within a week as we returned home. Would recommend and will likely book again for another trip this year. Marcia even was proactive about a comment we left regarding an improvement for guests (additional table and lamp in bedroom) and that was made by the time we returned.

Beautiful restored complex. Loved the character that was preserved. Quiet location. Walkable to many restaurants. Mondays are a bit more challenging as many local places are closed. We loved this place. Very clean.

The beds are incredibly comfortable! We've stayed in another house managed by them and they are always decorated with lots of historic charm and very quaint. Central and located pretty close to downtown.
