Kayaks for the lake are included with your rental. Conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Hardy or Cherokee Village. Walmart close by for easy shopping.

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating! We are offering our studio apartment that is attached to our farming garage to be rented out nightly. Accommodations are 1 queen bed, 1 set of bunk beds, futon, private owned lake, fire pit, great place to take a walk or run, wildlife and livestock. Animals that live on our farm are cows, goats, turkeys, peacocks, guineas, chickens, dogs and many wildlife. Fishing is welcome. We are located 2 miles from town and 10 miles from the 11 point river. No smoking! Non shedding pets allowed.
