Great old school beach cottage. Perfect for my Son and me. The Capt. and especially the First mate made it 5 stars!

This place felt like a private retreat. The rooms were spacious with a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, small table and chairs for dining, recliner for watching t.v., and full bathroom including a bathtub. The lounge area was also lovely for sitting to read or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea or do a bit of computer work. Everything was functional and well laid out. We even enjoyed the front porch with chairs for sitting in the morning with our coffee. We were able to walk about 10 minutes to get to many, many restaurants, shops, and the marina in downtown Dunedin. It was just delightful.

My boyfriend and I picked this place to visit his parents who live in Settlers Rest. This was a very clean and renovated place. Very easy to find and we arrived around 11pm as we drove from PA. Our packet with the key was easy to find and we did not have any issues. There were documents to fill out which I did not know about until I received a call from the office and they were understanding. We also brought our two dog's along and were asked for the vaccine records. I had these with me because my boyfriends parents told me to bring them otherwise I would not have had them. Otherwise everything was great and Kimberly responded quickly to all questions and everyone at the office was very nice. We would stay here again!

Cozy, comfortable, yet two stories with plenty space to stretch out, scenic view with a hot tub, nice balcony view for coffee in the morning. Can’t go wrong.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location is phenomenal and it was always quiet outside the home, day and night. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and more in less than 2 minutes. Beach access is 15 or so minutes away as well. The home was clean and well appointed for 2 people and the host was always responsive and nice. We were also able to bring our dogs, which we appreciated. We love Safety Harbor and will definitely stay here again!

Our trip was short but Captain Al went above and beyond expectations! Family felt right at home in his cozy cottage. Thanks again Captain Al, we’ll definitely be returning!

Vanessa is the best host anyone could ask for! She is down to earth, friendly, inviting and just a down right sweetheart. We felt very taken care of and it was a joy to stay on her property. She sure knows how to make an occasion feel special!!

We loved our stay at Hew’s place. The location was perfect and Hew was super helpful and responsive to all questions asked. So happy we found this place for our stay!

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Barbara was a great host. She responded so quickly to my questions. Her cottage was immaculate, organized and had everything you would need to feel like you were at home. Location was walking distance to downtown and the Pinellas County Trail was across the street. It was great to be able to have our dog with us. Fenced in area to let him out. Barbara even had dog treats!!

The location was great. Place was tidy and clean also checking in was super easy. Tons of things to do nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was super responsive and made our stay perfect! Would book this again it’s just as you see!!!

Such a great place to stay in Dunedin! Everything was as pictured, Jen and Jason are excellent responsive hosts, and we really appreciated the accommodations for those traveling with a baby. Cleaning was just finishing up as we arrived to check in and everything was spotless. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Dunedin to walk everywhere this is your place.

This is our second time renting this home because it’s so great! It’s also the perfect location for my son’s tennis training. Krista always responds quickly with any questions. One of these days I’m gonna use that beautiful backyard. Maybe when I come back in August.

Dana was amazing. Place is just like photos and so relaxing. We had car troubles and reached out for recommendations and they shared some. We also asked for a flexible check in time she accommodated us. I’d stay there again when we’re in the area.

Doug's place was inviting and had everything we needed - fenced yard, clean, peaceful, and a walkable neighborhood with lots of options nearby. The front and back porch were great to quietly sit and sip morning coffee too!

Such a wonderful experience, the home was immaculate and gorgeous! The hosts were absolutely amazing! If I could give 100 stars I would! Hands down the best in every category.

The most coziest, CLEAN, beautiful place to stay. It’s a small space, but the amazing skylights on the ceiling and the windows that give natural lighting make the space feel so much bigger. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. Really enjoyed how everything was walking distance. Loved going out & coming back feeling like I was right at home. Would definitely love to come back & stay here again.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Crystal Beach sunset was beautiful. Well’s Spring park was a nice park for walking the dog. Everyone was friendly that we met while walking. Would book again.

My stay at The Blue Bungalow was my best AirBNB experience. First, Tom and Pam were friendly and accommodating of a special request I made prior to check in. The house itself is better than the pictures! It was so clean and well decorated, I felt like I was staying in a magazine home. The backyard was awesome! Tom and Pam have gone above and beyond to make sure the house is well stocked. It was plenty spacious, clean, and very comfortable furniture, both inside and out! The area is great, in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and activities. Can’t speak highly enough of this listing and will certainly be back!

This was such a beautiful property! The Airbnb was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It truly felt like a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and rejuvenating stay!
