We spent a week there and it was lovely! Very clean space and cozy for 2 people, great location as well! The space has everything you need, you can tell the hosts are experienced in hospitality, highly recommend!

Barbie and TJ were great hosts! Loved the condo. Beautiful.. safe and secure! Being on 1st floor was added bonus.. just walked right out door to deck and pool.. neighbors were friendly and helpful .. views were absolutely stunning! Got to see sunsets right from deck. Beautiful! ! Huge heated pool too! Liked the fact that we were in gated community with security! Very easy drive to stores too. Would definitely stay there again!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. Adel is simply great she called and asked me if I had everything I needed and I did. Location is great for both beaches to the south and springs to the north. Good food all around I suggest Get Hooked for seafood just two miles away. Sushi in Trinity 8 miles away. Enjoy your stay plenty to do.

This Airbnb was everything we could've asked for and more while staying in Dade City to visit family. It was in a good location, everything was very clean and tidy, and the space was very welcome. They had toys, a pack n play, and left tasty cookies out for us, making it an extra welcoming environment for my children. I can't wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The place offered Kayak, and we were able to kayak to the gulf and see the dolphins and sunset. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and clean retreat.

This was a wonderful apartment and perfect for my sister and I. Everything was clean and felt like home. I love the private entrance and definitely felt safe! It’s conveniently located near 275, the airport, stadium and Tampa hot spots. Communication and instructions were very clear from the start! It was great. Everything was clean. The place was pretty and it smelled amazing. However, keep in mind it was very much a little house, it was cozy. Also keep in mind the room doesn’t have a door. Frank was amazing, communicating, and the description of the house was accurate.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo during my vacation, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The condo is ideally situated just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it perfect for relaxing evenings. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the condo impeccably clean. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining their space. Fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and a well-organized kitchen made us feel right at home. The condo is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated the coffee maker for our morning brews! The living area was spacious and comfortable, with a smart TV that allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows after a long day of exploring.The hosts were fantastic! They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank You again!

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. We had a 10/10 stay. Beach front location can't be beat. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We were aware of the ongoing construction but they weren't disruptive at all. Would stay again

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!
