Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Spodnje Gorje

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

Gal was extremely nice and helpful. Everything went so smoothly from check-in until we left her place. She was also very understanding and accommodated our needs well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and the location is the best, close walk to the lake, yet private enough that it is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Firstly we would like to say how nice and inviting Bostjan was when we arrived at his home, he gave us a welcome drink or two and sat down with us to tell us all about the area and things to do. When we entered the property it was absolutely spotless, very homely and had everything we needed. Perfect for our young toddler who likes to touch everything so it was great that it wasn’t cluttered and she was free to run around. The location was perfect, it took us around 10 minutes to walk with the pram in the centre, along the way there were plenty of bars, shops, bakery’s and restaurants. The surrounding areas speak for themselves, everywhere is so clean and picturesque! I would highly recommend a stay at Bostjans place if you are looking for comfort, accessibility, privacy and lots to do! Thanks Bostjan and Katarina for being pleasant, attentive hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staying with Nina and her family was a dream: a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting with super friendly hosts. Just great! The apartment is very nicely furnished, with a lot of passion and ideas - you can tell that someone really went the extra mile here. A tiny tip: take a warm sweater - the thick, old walls keep the cold in summer quite well. The apartment is a nice starting point for all kinds of activities, we were very impressed by the waterfall. Nina and her husband welcomed us in a very friendly way and really took care of us: Thank you!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the sunset lodge and it was stunning, exactly how the photos looked. It was close to everything we had planned such as lake bled, vintgar gorge and much more. Janez was an excellent host he was extremely helpful. The accommodation was spotless and had great amenities if you wanted to cook yourself in the lodge. We will definitely go back.

Ziga, Urska and their dad were such gracious and kind hosts. everything in the house was perfect, easy bus ride to the town centre, the garden is beautiful to just relax and read if that is what you would like to do and the house is very comfortable and convenient. Ziga's dad is a nature enthusiast and gave us great recommendations for hikes in and around Ljubljana.

Fantastic place surrounded by the quiet of the woods but a short distance from the main places of interest. The magic of the place is added to by the friendliness of Claudia, a kind and caring host.

Place was very clean . We enjoyed stay there and it was very easy to get in touch with them and you see beautiful mountains at the back

The studio apartment was perfect! It is small but there are many well designed empty shelfs and drawers for your belongings so you aren't overwhelmed by your own gear. The Julian Alps location was very convenient with many beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and hikes within a 40 minute drive. The outdoor space is very peaceful and beautiful with views of hills , hay field and wildflower meadow. Very Zen! Lastly, having the pizzeria right next door was a major plus. We ate there 3 nights in a row and the food was great and reasonably priced. We would absolutely stay here again if our travels lead us back to Slovenia.

The apartment is in a quiet location with a lovely balcony view! It’s only a stone’s throw away from the centre of Bled, with large supermarkets nearby. Ursa sent useful information for check in prior to our arrival, and there are useful recommendations at the apartment itself.

Meri and her husband gave us a warm welcome. Great location, clean accomodation and good communication. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay with Katja and Boris. The apartment is on the ground floor with a staircase (3 steps) on a main road through the village. Very quiet! We felt very comfortable. If anything was needed, it was arranged immediately. They give good tips to explore the area and they are also interested in their guests. The area around the apartment is beautiful. The train station and bus stop are 100 meters away. You can also go anywhere in the area by bike. We were able to store our bikes inside in the shed. Bled is a short 10 minutes by car, very touristy. You will find several supermarkets there. More choice is available in Lesce, about 15 minutes away. By the way, we ate very well in the restaurant Gostilna Batist Tomas Zupan 100 meters away. There is an outdoor bistro set with a large umbrella and 2 beach chairs. Personally, we would have preferred some comfortable chairs, but we would like to come back to Katja and Boris!

Very nice place to stay. Close to all the activities in the area of Bled. Only the parking place is a bit small but Simon will help you out.

Host was very helpful and accommodating, and the property is spacious and very clean. The view is stunning, and we loved our walk from the house through the flower meadows to the lake. We also enjoyed a number of other walks from the doorstep into the pristine countryside using our Cicerone Julian Alps of Slovenia guide book. Handy little supermarket a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed two evening meals in Gostilna Mihovc.

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

We found this conveniently near to Bled Jezero station, but for walking there from the station it is best to find the shortcut up some steps in a garden. It is better to have a car for shopping and eating out. We would love to have tried the sauna and hot tub but didn't have time. Very pleasant compact apartment with all essentials.

Stayed at Ivy’s apartment with my husband for 4 nights. Beautiful & tastefully decorated apartment with all amenities. Great location with designated parking! Ivy had given clear instructions about everything plus she gave recommendations which were really great. Totally comfortable stay and I highly recommend her apartment. I will definitely choose this apartment if I come to Ljubljana again! Thanks Ivy for being such a great host!

Beautiful location and excellent stay. Very clean. Easy checkin process. Free parking. We got there prior to checkin to bike in the morning and Miha let us use her parking space which was very kind. Electricity went out when we first got there and she fixed within 10 mins. Very fast WIFI. The A/C was incredible for the hot summer months and worked well. Place was spotless. Right next to the main paved biking trails. To get to restaurants it is a couple km’s away. About 900m from a great swimming location on the lake! I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation!

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

Nice, clean stay, private parking lot. Would come back again.
