Vacation rentals with a patio in Spittal an der Drau District

A nice and nicely located apartment with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Super friendly hosts. Recommended.

We had an excellent time staying in the apartment Maron. The apartment was very cosy and beautiful, and the location excellent. It was very easy to get the keys and check in, also to drop them back before we left. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you'd need. There are several shops near by and the hosts provide you with all the information you need about the area. The ski lifts are less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment block and there are excellent ski rental places on the way. There is also a bus from just outside the door if you want to ski in another area. The boot/ski room was very handy too. We really enjoyed the Tiramisu from the Italian place and will definitely be back. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could book the apartments as a group and that they are all side by side. Overall brilliant place and we would 100% recommend!

We returned to Oddny's house and we were satisfied again. There is nothing to change. The apartment is very tidy, well equipped and close to the slope. We had wonderful stay here.

Paul is a very polite and gentile host. Always available. He gave us lots of suggestions concerning local climbing spots and conditions. We will return to his place for sure.

The apartment is very nice. As soon as you enter the apartment, it smells pleasantly of pine wood. The beds are very comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. We were particularly pleased that our dog was also welcome – absolutely dog friendly! The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet, perfect for unplugging. The host was super friendly, always reachable, and check-in went smoothly. His tips for restaurants and excursions were worth gold – so we discovered some real highlights. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the accommodation!

Stayed at Cornelias with my husband and 7 month old daughter. We loved the area and the view! So beautiful!! We took a swim everyday at the small dock. Water is clear!!

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. If you are looking for absolute peace and beatifull surroundings, while having stores and gas stations at 10 minures drive, this is it. House is authentic old-style as it appears in photos, which gives you great local feel, perfectly maintained and spotlesly clean. We stayed in January and had a lovely time, and during spring and summer there is even more available activites arround. Hosts are caring and responsive, they provide petfectly clear instructions and suggestions for the area. Great stay.

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

The villa is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything related to the villa was perfect, from the parking space for four cars to the spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The living room with the fireplace and kitchen added to the overall enjoyment. The terrace and garden with a barbecue are a special highlight, where we spent most of our time, enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely return again.

This was our fourth stay at Simone's and everything worked out 100% again. Everything very clean, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a wonderfully fragrant and lovingly decorated bedroom We will be happy to come back, of course. ☺️

Beautiful quiet place. Heidi-Alm ski slopes are about 2 minutes by car. An ideal resort for small children. The chalet is fully equipped, everything was set up, we didn't miss anything. We loved our vacation and would love to come back for a summer vacation. Christine is a great host. We can only recommend to everyone and thank Christine very much for the beautiful winter break.

Great atmospheric stay in a beautiful location! Close to the slopes. You can reach the parking lot of the Brunnachbahn in 2 minutes. You can enjoy skiing and snowboarding, cozy huts on the mountain, where you can have a delicious lunch. We were with the family (2 daughters aged 15 and 17 ) and the dog. Also plenty of places where the dog could walk freely. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 nights there as a 4-member family. We went to ski, the slopes are cca. 15-20 minutes far away. We enjoyed the warm apartment after skiing. It was very comfortable with two separate bedrooms and big kithen with table and all comforts you need (e.g. dishwasher and lots of plates and glasses etc) . Plus there was a livingroom with a big sofa also. The beds were super comfortable. There were two toilets. I think this apartment is comfortable for 6 people also. We travel a lot and we think this apartment is perfect.

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place, central location. Super equipped for kids. The sofas are not really comfortable for sleeping for more than 2 nights. Therefore, the accommodation is perfect for 2 people.

We had a great time at Casa de la Paz with our two golden retrievers over the New Year's holidays. The place is really huge and offers everything you need. The view of the mountains and the lake from the living and dining area as well as the panoramic bedroom is fantastic. The large bathroom with modern shower and bathtub is excellent, even if it is sometimes a little cool for our taste in winter. However, the apartment has only one toilet, which is not in the bathroom. That wasn't bad for us, just unexpected. :) As a starting point for great excursions and hikes in and around Carinthia, the location is really great. Shopping is just a few minutes' drive away. In addition, the location is great – quiet and somewhat secluded on a mountain slope, right next to a field. For us as dog owners, this is a dream. Andrea and Domenik are extremely accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! :)

Great apartment, friendly host.

We stayed here for a Month and enjoyed the apartment a lot. 10 minutes walk to the center and skibus just outside. Nice with sun at the afternoon on the balcony. Elisabeth was very friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a great time at Johanna’s place. The apartment is located in a fairly large house with multiple other flats. Just 5 walking minutes away there is a bus going to all major skiing resorts every half an hour. The only downside for larger groups might be that half of the bedrooms are quite open and cannot really be closed or isolated in some way.
