Spend the night under a sky full of stars? Or soak up the sunshine right from your bed? YES, ABSOLUTELY! Simply roll the bed out onto the terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view! All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. A self-catering cabin with a rustic stove, well-equipped kitchen and running water. Grazing cows and a nearby stream make the mountain idyll perfect. The fantastic views, the tranquility, the wide valley, the nearby mountain peaks - up here you are a little closer to heaven.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
