Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Spittal an der Drau District

It was a beautifully decorated house. Everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to come home after a wonderful day of skiing in Nassfeld.

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

We had rented both houses for our team event. Both houses are modern and stylish. It was everything we needed in the house. The location and views are mega. Despite the location, everything can also be reached quickly by foot.

Great chalet in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes by car) to the ski slope St. Oswald/Brunnach, where there is ski rental, children's ski school/ski kindergarten and gastronomy directly on the slopes, as well as parking. We were there with two families in the New Year's week (4 adults, 4 children aged 4, 6, 8 and 9 years) and the house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is that the house gets very warm (oven, partly underfloor heating), and there was always enough hot water for showering or bathing. We've experienced all of this differently. All service providers were super friendly, from the woman in the toll booth on the highway to the service in the restaurant despite rush hour. The ski kindergarten delighted our little one, so we could go full throttle on the slopes for a few hours in the morning (slope recommendation 20, 22 and 28 for carving for advanced skiers). Thanks Nora for being so accessible! We can only recommend your house!

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Everything was as described, the accommodation very cozy and the proximity to the slopes optimal for us! We will be happy to come back!

Great spacious home. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many amazing opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

Nice apartment, great view, around 200 m walk to the first ski run. A room for all the ski/snowboard stuff in the cellar - very handy. Everything was super clean, kitchen fully equipped.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It is all very well furnished and the view is amazing. The host was very accommodating and took time to answer our questions. We would come back any time! :)

We had a wonderful holiday. The cabin is clean, a little small but very cozy :). I can absolutely recommend it.

Lovely place. Does have stairs up to bedroom. The walk to lake house was close and easy. Loved having easy access to the lake.

We had wonderful stay at Daniela's place. We had everything that we need in the apartment. It is walkable distance from the third skiing poin. We would definitely come again.

Dear Karol, thanks very much for the great week we have had in your appartment. It was a very nice and clean appartment. We stayed with 3 persons in the appartment but its also ideal for 4 persons. Everything was well organized and we noticed that the outside of the appartment is also very nice with the new wood on the outdoor walls. We had a great ski week with sun and fresh snow. This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at on a vacation. The house is also quite new, has ample washrooms and is situated in a quite neighborhood. The views are great, and the air is clean. This was a great home base for our daily excursions.

Very good location. Close to lifts, the railway station and buses. At this home, you don't have to steep slopes to the lift.

Super cozy cottage, Andreas was extremely quick to answer any questions and very nice. We felt very comfortable and spent some wonderful days.
