Summer vacation that starts right outside the door: Our 60m2 apartment is in the middle of Seeboden, just 5 minutes' walk from Millstätter See. In the morning for bathing, barbecue in the evening in the private garden area. Thanks to the north location, it is pleasantly cool even in high summer. Opposite is the beautiful Klauber Park with free lake access, sports fields, playgrounds and a snack hut. We are located right on the beautiful Millstätter See bike path. Bus stop and grocery store right next door. Pets welcome without extra charge.

In our Heidi Chalets you will find an interesting mix of traditional solid wood construction with ecological construction and modern comfort. Furnished with a lot of love for detail, it is the perfect place to relax in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Nockberge at 1,850 m. Our chalets are located not far from Lake Falkert in a sunny south-facing and panoramic location. In winter you have direct access to the cross-country ski trail or ski slopes and winter hiking trails.

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.
