That stay at Alice's was amazing. On the mountains, beautiful views the property is located in a peaceful and quite location. The apartment itself is well maintained, good heating and had all amenities. Its suitable for 2 families, although one bathroom could be a little challenging. Alice is a wonderful host, she was always available, shared helpful instructions and was very accommodating. Will definitely come back whenever possible. One last thing, the road to the property is a little tricky, since i was driving a van it was challenging. Reach out to Alice for advice on how to reach the property, especially if you are driving in the dark.

Our stay at Christine's was great. The apartment is new, very clean and equipped with everything you need for the vacation. The location is great, very idyllic and nice and quiet. Wow. Cinzia’s home on the lake is amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We had a fantastic stay and Cinzia is a truly wonderful host. The views are stunning and you’re only a short walk from Lierna, with bars, restaurants and shops. Lierna was never too busy so everything felt peaceful and quiet. It’s also easy to jump on a ferry to Bellagio or get the train up to Varenna. But it would have been easy to just spend the whole time sat by the lake. Even the odd burst of rain or thunderstorms didn’t dampen our stay. There’s always the sauna to warm up in too. Cinzia also offers little extras and we’re glad we took up her offer of an airport transfer, which made things very easy! And also, a charcuterie, which was so much more than we expected. Was very sad to leave but still managed one last early morning swim in the lake before we left.
