One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Kernhof liegt idyllisch, ein herrlich ruhiges Plätzchen, abseits von Durchzugsverkehr und doch zentral für Ausflüge in die Berge, oder in die nahe liegende Bischofsstadt Brixen. In unserem Park gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Verweilen (Kinderspielplatz, Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Trampolin). Auf Anfrage genießt ihr Frühstück und Abendessen in der Ferienpension "Zummüllerhof" gleich daneben. Im Sommer veranstalten wir wöchentlich Grillabende.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. BrixenCard is included.

The cozy and well-furnished “Apartment Eisacktal” is part of the “Schönblick” guest house outside of Mühlbach (Rio di Pusteria), near Brixen (Bressanone), and is a great starting point for a vacation in the fascinating South Tyrol Alps. The 62 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional sofa bed for one person) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
