Spacious apartment, ideal for 2 families. It consists of 2 bedrooms (6 pp) with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has all necessary accessories, and the dining room offers seating for 8 pp. The large living room offers a breathtaking coastline view extending to the Gulf of Naples. There is also a sofa bed (2 pp). Private outdoor space equipped with a dining table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, and deck chairs. It can accommodate 6-8 pp. The owner lives in the same villa on the upper floor.

Centrally located high above the main streets of Gaeta, the apartment is quiet and breezy, but within walking distance to all the city has to offer

My grandparents' old farmhouse, recently renovated in keeping with tradition, but with all modern comforts. Immersed in the countryside, suitable for a period of relaxation away from the chaos, with an excellent location to easily reach the sea, mountains, lakes, thermal pools, rafting on the river, excursions and much more. In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also perform Reiki treatments and meditation not on-site.

Casa Ibiscus è la dependance di “Torre Bianca”, una affascinante villa anni 70 immersa in un rigoglioso parco di 10.000 mq con vista sul mare, in un contesto tranquillo ma non isolato. La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 12 km da quello di Sperlonga. Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
