Relax in the evening in a beautiful den. Enjoy sitting outside in the backyard. The house is fully available for guests excluding two locked closets and two sheds in the backyard. No smoking inside the home. Host and co-host are available by cell phone anytime.

Such a cute place to stay! The location made it a short and cheap lyft/uber ride to any of the popular OKC spots. I enjoyed the privacy of the guesthouse but also the comfort of knowing the host and long term tenants in the main house were always there to help if we needed anything.

Maybe the best thing I can say is that when I stayed at Cranberry Cottage I felt like a treasured guest in a special family weekend place that is special to them rather than feeling like a guest in an investment property. I loved my stay! There was a place for everything and everything in its place with no clutter. Everything I could have needed was there from black makeup washcloths to stuff for coffee and yummy lemon bread and strawberries greeting me upon arrival. Cynthia was so responsive, even at 11:30 at night when a neighbor's burn pile seemed out of control! I accidentally left with a piece of tupperware and Cynthia was so understanding. I hope I will be back in the area so I can stay there again!

Great place to stay in Spencer! Just as described in the listing. The property was clean and had little thoughtful touches like labels on all the kitchen drawers to easily know where everything is. Kitchen stocked with plates and cookware and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy to find, easy check-in and check-out. If I ever find myself in Spencer again I will be staying here.

Tammy's camper is a nice 'lil spot to land during a trip through Oklahoma. Rich history to the unit which made you feel like family. Her land also felt peaceful and the kittens were playful. If you like the country feeling and hospitality, recommend visiting:)
