Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Speedway

Austin was a great host and communicated well. Very easy to check in and out. Great location with lots around it. Great spot if you have dogs, right next to a park and gated patio area with garage parking. Place was very clean with all the essentials.

Great little place within walking distance of the IMS. A bit expensive, but it's really really nice and I rented the place last minute for the Indy 500 Time Trials. The place is just as pictured and well restored/appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Showers are awesome! Great space and very comfortable. Just what I needed for three adults for the qualification event that weekend. Be aware, the upstairs gets a bit warm and the weather was not very hot for the 2025 Time Trials in Speedway and you must _leave the property_ to smoke. Not a big deal, since we had such nice temperate weather - the smoker in our group just walked down the sidewalk to the nearest corner, but that wouldn't be fun in the extreme hot or cold. Off street parking is spacious and the new cement driveway and sidewalk are large, smooth and level, so very easy to get in/out with luggage etc. Really appreciate the full size commercial sidewalk with handrail in the front. What a great place - it helped make our trip!!!!

Anastasia is a great host, super responsive and easy to communicate with during the whole process. Very nice location, easy to use instructions for things. Close to where we needed to be. Easy check-in and always available for questions. Thanks again for the nice accommodations.

Natalie’s house was perfect for out trip to the Lucas Raceway! It was clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed and then some. Many of our friends that came with raved about the shower! Would definitely stay at this location again.

We loved our stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, bright, and just the right size for a quick weekend getaway in Indy. We spent most of our time out of the apartment visiting our daughter, so we barely missed not having a TV. Everything was spotless, the check-in was smooth, and the location made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

The location was perfect for Indy 500 weekend as it was away from the chaos and traffic of the city but still a convenient driving distance away. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly with no issues and there were no concerns the entire weekend. Parking was simple and easy, and the town itself is a perfect mix of peaceful with everything you need within a walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time staying at this owner’s property. We were in town for Indy 500 activities. The apartment was great and would highly recommend Butler Villa

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!
