Vacation rentals with a patio in Sparks

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay. The host was very helpful, responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. We were in Reno for a wedding and it came in super handy that the place had a steamer and an iron for our clothes. The location was nice as well, we would stay again. Great host!

Nice little studio in the heart of midtown close proximity to anything and everything . Host are good people and were very accommodating.

Great place, close to town and to the beaches. Meghan was very responsive. I would stay there again.

Perfect little place, peaceful, great neighbors. A lot of products stored and gifted! Kitchen and bathroom, a lot of attention to details. Great price for the 2 weeks compared to other places which can't even be bothered to offer decent kitchen plates and cooking ware! Nice linens, nice towels, a lot of thoughtfulness into what a guest needs for a 2 weeks stay. I highly recommend booking ANY Airbnb thru TahoeXperience, they have gone above and beyond and the place was IMPECCABLE and fully stocked. Thank you so much!

This pristine apartment is in a posh, new building not far from U of Nevada-Reno. The gym is great and it was an overall pleasure to stay there.

Pretty close to the kings beach town. We had a great stay! The house is lovely and cozy. Would definitely recommend it!

Nice little Craftsman home within easy walking distance to the Reno River Walk and downtown. Convenient to the main streets to reach the freeway, as well. Very clean and comfortable.

Denisse was a great host very responsive and friendly! House was great, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely be booking again.

Amanda’s house was perfect for our ski weekend. Close to multiple ski resorts but still close to Reno for dinning. The house was the perfect size with a fenced yard for our doggies to run around. The place was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. I would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! We also enjoyed meeting the owners. They were so welcoming and sweet. Wish we could take the backyard with us everywhere we go. It was a peaceful paradise and so close to the fun of midtown.

The property was great and had everything needed to accommodate what I was looking for. Property was well kept and clean.

Jessica has a superb place in Rino. Her attention to detail which was amazing. She tried to think of things we might have needed and had them in the house for our comfort. She provided several recommendations about our stay, food and such. Her responses were prompt to any inquiries, generally within 30 mins. The beds were not generic hotel beds which are questionable and might end you with a back ache, these were real beds with good pillows that were pleasant to sleep on. She really deserves 6 stars for her place and her consideration of the guests coming (unfortunately 5 stars is the max rating.) One consideration if you stay, beware of the end of the school day. The parents will take up the most street parking in front the house waiting for their children and picking them up. However, the street parking was easy and empty outside of that time. Next time I am in Rino, I would absolutely chose her and her place again.

We staying while passing through Reno. We loved the space immediately! Very cute and up to date design and features. Host was very responsive and loved that she provided a few food items for us to enjoy. The extra beds were super comfortable and such a great feature! Thank you!!

We had the best stay at Kristen and Jami’s cute little cottage. It was exactly as described and exuded even more charm than the photos. We traveled with our dog and she enjoyed the little fenced in yard. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb that was more comfortable and homey than this “Little Blue House”. We loved the warm messages we received from Kristen way before we checked in, and also enjoyed the welcoming flowers and beverages left on the table when we arrived. It made our stay all the more special. Unlike other rentals, Kristen wants your experience to be as carefree as possible which was evident by her hospitality and easy checkout procedures. (Just leave the key - that’s it!). No one does that! It was awesome! She also made several recommendations on dining and fun things to do while we were there. We definitely had the best time. Thanks so much Kristen and Jami!!

Wow! The pictures of this place do not do it justice! First off, the view of Lake Tahoe is spectacular! We spent time on the top deck which has plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas. Truthfully I could have spent the whole trip just sitting outside here. There is also a hot tub on a bottom deck that we did not use but is a nice option. As far as the inside of the condo, it is gorgeous. Everything is very high end and it’s decorated beautifully. Yet the place is so comfortable and you feel right at home. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. And the hosts were amazing communicators. We had a few questions which were answered immediately with very helpful answers. One note is it’s located about 30 steps below the parking lot and there are steps in the condo as well. For us it was worth every step and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo is immaculate! Our stay was perfect, with the exception of the area. A homeless man tried to get into my daughter’s car while she was at the Stop sign.

Kimberly’s place was amazing! It was beautifully decorated with all of the little touches that make you feel right at home. The place was squeaky clean and looked like it was newly renovated. We would spend our days out hiking, exploring or on the water and most days came back to enjoy dinner at the townhome. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved enjoying our dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. The views were amazing! It is set high in a townhome community with beautiful surroundings. Although you have townhomes right next to you, it still felt very private with a cabin in the woods feeling. The beds were so comfy, I asked Kimberly were I could purchase the sheets. We usually retired to bed a bit early to watch a movie on the large smart television in the bedroom. (Both televisions were top of the line.) We loved that Kimberly provided quality beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for our use. We will definitely be back! Ten stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay with my group of friends! The space was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during my time there. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The location of the airbnb was slightly difficult to find since the signs were small and there were not much info on finding the house. However, everything else about the stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Riley's place is wonderful and full of helpful amenities like coffee and cookware. The location is fantastic too! Close to both the lake and Truckee, which is full of great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Riley's place for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in North Tahoe.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was well furnished and clean. It was centrally located and it was very easy to get to the museums and midtown restaurants. Our host was very responsive to questions we had. We enjoyed our visit!

Once we located the parking space to access the fob for lobby entrance, all of the host’s detailed instructions were great. The place was clean, well furnished, well stocked, even had some snacks that were appreciated by weary travelers. The place smelled wonderful with great, quality amenities.
